The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting.

This space also features a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric plate, oven, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant area on the mezzanine, featuring a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This spot is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The famous Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, and Porto Cathedral are all nearby, making it an ideal tourist spot. The area is also home to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city, including Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurant. Whether you're looking for a bite to eat or a place to relax with a drink, you'll find plenty of options in this vibrant neighbourhood.

This is a conveniently located property in the heart of Porto, Portugal. It is just an 8-minute walk from two significant stations- Porto São Bento and São Bento- making it easily accessible for travellers. With its prime location, guests can easily explore the city's top attractions and landmarks.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
