* The shower drainage was very slow and would start overflowing after around 3 minutes of use. •There is no toiletry basket in the shower, so every toiletry need to be on the floor whilst having a shower. * There was no iron provided. * Some of the electrical plugs were not working. * The bed was positioned facing away from the TV and towards the toilet area, so we had to rearrange the bed ourselves to make the room more comfortable.

The room was very spacious and in a great location. There was only a tiny blanket and they couldn't

The room was very spacious and in a great location. There was only a tiny blanket and they couldn't provide any more, so we had to keep heater on. We also did not like the bathroom. It was very cold, there was no place to put any toiletries, the bathroom had no ventilation and shower would flood easily. Overall it was ok for 5 days but we wouldn't stay for longer. We asked for a replacement heater and got 2 that worked very well, so we were pleased with the customer service.
