A refundable security deposit of €300 is required and will be processed as a temporary card authorisation (hold) prior to arrival. This is not a charge and no funds are withdrawn from your account. The amount is only reserved during your stay as a precaution in case of damages or missing items and will be automatically released after check-out, provided no issues are reported.
