Villa Rosamond is located in Son Parc, a picturesque resort town on the northern coast of Menorca. Known for its crescent-shaped beach Arenal de Son Saura, with golden sand and turquoise water, the resort offers visitors a tranquil and idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday. The villa is built on a large plot offering a number of areas for relaxing in the sun or shade. With direct access from both the lounge and kitchen, is a covered porch with quality outdoor sofas, dining table with chairs and barbeque, the ideal spot for al fresco dining. A couple of steps from the porch lead down to the swimming pool terrace, furnished with a second table and chairs and sunbeds. Beyond the pool is a lawn garden with autochthonous flowers and plant, furnished with a coffee table and chairs.

This home away from home has been tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. The property is distributed on two floors:

Ground Floor: open plan lounge (smart TV and international channels) /dining area / fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.

First Floor: master bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite shower room and a private balcony with pine forest views.

Perfect Villa with absolutely everything!

Great holiday and couldn’t ask for anything more of a villa highly recommend. High quality facilities inside and outside and to top off a fabulous pool, will be returning in future!

Maison bien située, bien agencée et très fonctionnelle. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables. Petite réserve liée à l'arrivée où le ménage n'était pas fait.

Lovely villa

We spent two lovely weeks with our teenagers at villa Rosamond. Clean, peaceful villa and everywhere was within a short drive which was great as it was blisteringly hot and therefore impossible to walk anywhere! A car is a must to explore the island, but the villa and pool are a wonderful place to relax.

Beautiful villa, quiet location

We stayed at the villa for two weeks Summer 2020, in this very quiet location, in Son Parc. The villa is really well laid out, with a wonderful pool and comfortable outdoor furniture meaning we could spend most time relaxing outside in the sunshine and shade. Everything was in good working order with a smart TV so we were able to log in to our own Netflix, amazon prime accounts etc and WiFi was good for the teenagers! The resort was particularly quiet and a car is really necessary to get around and explore. The beach at Son Saura is stunning, we walked around the area frequently and enjoyed the waves after a stormy day but it is generally a very tranquil bay, shallow with gorgeous white sand. Nearby Fornells is a wonderful place for all water-sport activities with some nice shops and great restaurants. We tried scuba diving for the first time at the excellent facility Fornells Diving, a truly memorable experience, and also paddle boarding. We love Menorca, such a beautiful island. We will be back.

Amazing well equipped spacious villa

Beautiful villa in quiet location. Very well equipped. The pool was nice and warm and of a good size. The garden was beautiful and a great place to sit to cool down. You could always find shade somewhere around the pool or garden.

lovely clean. peaceful family villa

We were very pleased with the villa, it is very clean and excellent for familys, the outside area is fab, we were a family of four, I say you need a car as its a bit of a walk to the local area and beach, the island is beautiful, there isn't one area that we were dissapointed with, will defiantly be returning to menorca in the future.

Perfect Villa

This is a wonderful villa to stay in and we had a great holiday. The pool is perfect and the house is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. There is a great veranda/terrace looking out over the pool, with a sofa, armchairs and large dining table which is well-shaded when very hot. There are plenty of supermarkets in Son Parc, which is reasonably close to the sailing and water-skiing in Fornells.

Clean,spacious, well organised, beautiful garden and pool

The villa is immaculately furnished, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and had most of the basics already in stock. A/C available when very hot in the evening or overnight. The area is peaceful and calm. The pool is large and surrounded by a lovely garden. We were a family of five adults and found it perfect.

Fabulous Villa Rosamond

Have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at Villa Rosamond, we have stayed in Menorca before but this was by far the best location and accommodation. Wonderfully peaceful with beautiful garden and pool area it was bliss not having to battle for sunbeds. We particularly enjoyed the veranda area which has a BBQ and substantial dining area plus a comfy sofa for relaxing in the evenings. The villa is large with everything you should require very clean and tidy. We will certainly be returning.

A wonderful relaxing week at Villa Rosamond!

I would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing stay in Menorca. The villa matched the listing perfectly - all the rooms were light, clean and airy, and the outside space was fantastic for outdoor living and lazing around the pool. The villa is not overlooked either which ensures privacy and peace and quiet. The shops and bars are about a 15 minute walk away, and i would recommend Pinomar restaurant for a lovely meal and very friendly service. The beach is fantastic also, and as the island is so small, it is very easy to drive around to explore neighbouring beaches and towns. Rex's bar also do great take away pizzas if you don't fancy cooking yourself but still want to eat underneath the covered terrace by the pool! The glass bottom boat tour from Mahon port was a fun trip to take with the kids, as was Menorca Zoo (although more of an extended farm than a zoo, but fun nonetheless!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a holiday here - the owner Stephen was also very helpful at all times.

Villa Rosamond May 2012

The Villa was everything described on the website and more. We found the Villa clean tidy and well maintained, the outside space was delightful with a superb pool and lovely aspect. Its in a lovely peaceful location but not too far from shops, bars and restaurant and the golf course. Would have no reservations recommending this Villa to Friends and Family. Privacy, peace and home comforts

We have stayed in a number of holiday villas around Europe but this was our favourite. Inside you have a well-equipped kitchen, good quality furniture and high specification finishes, as well as the convenience of UK TV channels and Wi-Fi. However, on a summer holiday it is the outside that really determines how much enjoyment you will get from your stay. Here there are three private and peaceful terraces. On the first you can dine or relax in the shade, listening to the birds sing and looking out over miles of wooded countryside. The second is the sun terrace next to the pool, which gets sun all day. The third is a lower level secluded lawned garden area, with attractive plants and seats under a small tree. You can walk to bars, shops and restaurants in Son Parc (we did) but in general you need a car. The nearest beach is about 2km away and we found that the best restaurants were in Fornells (a short drive) rather than Son Parc. Paula and Chris

A perfect Villa

Villa Rosamunda is a perfect villa set in a peaceful, secluded, quiet residential street. The views from the couch on the terrace are stunning, a lovely place to sit and relax, overlooking a good sized pool, and well maintained garden.The kitchen is well equipped; the villa is clean and spacious, making the Villa Rosamunda the ideal location to have a restful break in a beautiful setting. Minorca is a brilliant island, there are many places of intrest for all ages, you can visit a different beach every day, go sightseeing to the capital Ciutadella, walk around the port of Mao in the evening, these become magical places to explore and take home lasting memories, also go to the top of mount Toro and watch the sun set on a fantastic island. I would recommend the Villa Rosamunda and Minorca to anyone and would defiantly like to go back again to this special villa.

Villa Rosamund, Lovely Holiday

The villa is spacious and clean and with everything you need. The pool is great, larger than most we have had with other villas. The villa sits on a good sized plot with very nice gardens that are hardly overlooked at all. It sits on a quiet road a little away from the centre of Son Parc which is good, very peaceful. You do need a car. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Villa Rosamunda was ideal for a peaceful and restful break. Everything about it was perfect - a beautiful, family home with pool and lovely gardens. It was well maintained, clean and ideal for a family holiday - home from home. Ideal location for visiting all parts of the beautiful island. The owner and the contact on the island were most helpful. Certainly recommend this villa to friends and, in fact, have already done so. Would certainly return.

Excellent!

Villa Rosamond hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und hat einen schönen Garten, der wöchentlich von Gärtnern gepflegt wird. Der Außenbereich bietet den ganzen Tag über Schattenplätze, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Komfort. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage im ersten Stock. Son Parc bietet einige Restaurants (besonders nett: Chinese take away), das Haus lässt aber auch keine Wünsche für Selbstversorger offen. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, der zweimal in der Woche gewartet wird. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß mit Kindern zu weit, so dass man unbedingt ein Auto dabei haben sollte. Das bietet sich jedoch sowieso an, um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus ist also absolut empfehlenswert.

Tranquil & Peaceful

We had a lovely break at Villa Rosamond, enjoyed sitting on the sofa looking at the beautiful views, listening to the birds. Everything was provided for at the villa, my daughters and all of us enjoyed the pool every day. We visited the beach at Son Parc, which is about 5 mins by car, and there are shops in walking distance. We particularly liked Fornells, a fishing village, where we ate at El Pescador restaurant. I would recommend this property to my friends. Hopefully, we will be able to come back again.

Lovely villa with super view!

It was a pleasure to stay in your lovely villa. It had all the things and items we needed...specially the rooms where very nice and the shaded terrace was a must with the vans. Everything great except for the ants atack every night whoom where able to work there way in with thousends of buddys. But that didn't spoil our stay on bit so overall it was a great vacation! And the views are stunning from the villa! Exelent choice! thanks so much Stephen

superb villa

Travelled October 2008 An absolutely brilliant holiday. The villa really lived up to expectations. Such a good size pool and the garden is delightful. The beach was great for the kids, so what with a few days there and the rest of the week relaxing at the villa, we did not get time to explore the Island, but we will be returning next year for a longer duration.
