The entrance is road level, but the terrace is raised and furnished with sun loungers, as well as comfortable seating with a coffee table. There is also a sun awning. Patio doors lead back into the living area, which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa bed, a flat screen TV with English and international channels and a DVD player. There is also a modern glass bistro table & 2 stools. In addition to the metered air conditioning, there is also a ceiling fan in the living area. The luxury fitted kitchen includes a built-in oven and 4 ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, kettle, toaster and all usual cooking utensils and equipment. The bedroom area consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and washing machine. There is also a hair dryer.
