Pol is reverse-level cottage, with a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric fan-assisted oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a dining area for two and a sitting area with Smart TV and Freeview. Two ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size (zip-link can be set up as twin on request), 1 x double (zip/link can be set up as super-king-size on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ample off-road parking available. Outside there is a rear fully enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture, plus a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, more than four must be approved by the owner first. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, WiFi, Egyptian linens, and towels are all included in the rent. Make a getaway to Cornwall to remember with a stay at the beautiful Pol. Please note: All guests will find a sumptuous robe, fresh milk left in the fridge, Prosecco and Cornish Cream tea on arrival.
