Private field view in our orchard with grazing sheep 2 miles from the heart of Paignton, 4 miles from Torquay and Brixham. Chill in your personal hot tub, enjoy a drink by our stream, light the BBQ or fire pit or use this as a base to explore the beaches, caves, coves, shopping and Dartmoor!

The Shepherd hut is fully insulated, has central heating and a log burner for those chilly nights as well as electric shower, fully flushing toilet and hot and cold water. The TV connects to WiFi and can be used for your own Netflix account etc.

Inside you have the double bed with very well kitted out kitchen area for preparation of food. It has a fridge (small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, hot plate (electric hob), coffee machine and kettle and has all the necessary cutlery, plates, cups etc. to make your stay really enjoyable.

We provide a supply of free coffee, tea bags, sugar, local cider, homemade biscuits, local crisps as well as dog bowl and biscuits for your pet if you bring one along with you.

We also provide all the fresh bedding you need together with towels and shower (hair, conditioner body wash) products for you to use.

The log burner is for your private use and has a supply of logs in the hot, together with kindling and fire lighters for your use on the BBQ, log burner or fire pit.

There is little you need to bring other than BBQ coals and food to eat!
