This cozy and well-located studio apartment of 28m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed and a TV and there is an exterior balcony where you can see the pedestrian street

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The double bed is in a wooden mezzanine and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the city. It is within proximity to attractions such as El Retiro Park, Plaza de España, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, such as Mercado de la Reina, Lamucca de Prado, and Sagaretxe. With its central location, this is the perfect spot for experiencing all Madrid offers.

This vibrant street is conveniently close to several stations, including Callao and Opera, which are just a 3-minute walk away. Príncipe Pío station is also nearby, just 1.6 km away.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
