Sharing Co presents this luxury apartment with a bedroom with two single beds, beautiful views and a work desk within it. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray and toilet to take relaxing showers and enjoy your stay to the fullest. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen with a bar and two stools.



From this point you will be able to discover everything related to old Madrid in just a few minutes of walking, you will have at your feet multiple shops, bars, restaurants and emblematic streets with the best of Madrid's culture. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to Madrid's most emblematic sites such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral of the Almudena, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find the Arab baths five minutes away.



And as if that weren't enough, you'll be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you with the entire city.

Just a few steps away you will have the Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) which will connect you with all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. Additionally, the city has a bike rental service, skateboards, electric cars and motorcycles.



Keep in mind that for reservations of 28 nights or more:



1. You must sign a temporary rental contract

2. Public services such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR



The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time at no additional charge.



In case you require or request an in-person check-in, the charge would be:



€25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

€60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
