A fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray and toilet to take relaxing showers and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Additionally, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen with a bar and two stools.



From this point, you will be able to discover everything related to old Madrid within a few minutes of walking, with multiple shops, bars, restaurants, and iconic streets showcasing the best of Madrid culture at your feet. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to Madrid's most emblematic sites such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you enjoy different plans, you will also find Arab baths just five minutes away.



And as if that weren't enough, you'll be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you with the entire city.

Keep in mind that for bookings of 28 nights or more:



1. You must sign a temporary lease contract

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR



The property has an electronic lock, so you can enter at any time without additional charge.



In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:



$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
