- Our beautiful Centrally located London house is set in one of the smartest neighbourhoods in the city, with exquisite interiors.

- The house is tastefully furnished and offers discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences.

- The home is set in the centre of town in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the bustle and fun of quality shopping, entertainment and the main tourist attractions of London.

- Transport links are excellent with subway and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house. London Heathrow Airport is 40 minutes away.

- The house is 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station ( Zone 1) which gives fast access to the whole of the London Transport system and the sights.

- The house has 2 x king bedrooms and is ideally suited for a couple/s family or a busy executive looking for the intimacy of a luxury house .
-The house sleeps a maximum of 4 people ( With the possibility of one - two extra young children)

-All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.

- The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer.

-There is a comfortable sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area TV with WI-FI throughout the house

- The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hot plate, microwave, toaster etc, including a dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets provided.

-A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates. We look forward to making your stay at the house perfect Also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new arrival.

- The house is ideal for cosy entertaining however no large parties are all
owed and the house is limited to maximum to the addition of 6 non residential guests.

- We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+7 days) Our terms for the summer season is a minimum of 7 night stays however we will accept 6 night stays with a premium.

- There is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the house.

- Kensington High Street is close by with its large array of fashionable boutiques and restaurants as well as a Whole Foods supermarket and a M&S department store. There are numerous restaurants bars and pubs within a few minutes of the house and a special selection around Gloucester Road subway station area.

-There are also plenty of Pubs in the area with the Gloucester Arms just around the corner. Coco Momo is close by in Gloucester Road is good spot for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and a great food menu. Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park is a 15 minute walk away as well in the other direction are the famous London museums of South Kensington.
