Podere Viepri: an outstanding story in the tuscan countryside

Podere Viepri is a villa in Tuscany consisting of two spacious floors.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens to an open-plan living room with a fireplace and entrances to the two bathrooms and the kitchen. From this it is possible to go outside where there is a covered area for sheltered dining.

On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all provided with linen. Connecting the rooms are 3 large bathrooms, all in splendid marble and all with their own features: with a bathtub, with a whirlpool bath and with a shower with various functions (including a sauna).
In addition, on the second floor there is a living room and a fireplace as well as a kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
From the living room you can access the balcony that overlooks the Sienese hills. This balcony is also used as a second entrance since it is connected to the ground with stone stairs.

The outdoor space consists of the entire garden surrounding the building. In this it will be possible both to organise small events or activities for everyone and to enjoy some relaxation thanks to the outdoor seating.
