Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Location is amazing. One toilet- 6 beds. We were fortunate enough to have people cancel, but the set up is only ideal for very “close” families. Do not go in a heat wave- there is no AC and the sixth floor sun- facing location turns this into a sauna that is warmer than outside most of the day. Elevator hack for those who hate 7 flights of stairs: only one person needs to go up and the rest can wait in the lobby. You can always call the elevator to the 6th floor, but evenings and weekends, you can’t go up.If you’re still here, the location is truly the saving grace. You have an amazing view of the tower if you stick your head out the window. The metro stop is less than a five minute walk, and there are walkable shops, restaurants, and a movie theater nearby.One of our highlights was the Italian restaurant across from where you’ll pick up your keys. Amazing pizza, pickled radishes and solid bottle of Bordeaux. Neighbors hate slamming doors, so expect several noise complaints. The heatwave definitely colored our review of this place, but fairly- location amazing, vibe good, needs AC &/or second toilet.
