## Neighborhood

Not only does CasAmar at Villa Gaivota offer a beautiful and comfortable stay, but it also boasts a prime location next to one of the best beaches in the region - Caneiros. This stunning beach is home to Rei das Praias, a renowned restaurant that serves up some of the most delicious food around. Guests can enjoy a day on the beach soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear waters, followed by a meal at the highly acclaimed restaurant. It's the perfect way to spend a day in Ferragudo, and it's all just steps away from CasAmar. With so much to see and do, CasAmar is the perfect base for your vacation in Portugal.

Inserted in a beautiful private condominium, with large and pleasant landscaped gardens, which embellish the scenery and invite you to the promenade and other outdoor activities, located just a minutes walk from the beautiful "Praia dos Caneiros" as well as within walking distance of Pintadinho and Mole beach.

It's a 2 minutes drive from the center of charming Ferragudo and about a 5-minute drive from the city of Portimão. So wether you prefer the charm of a small town or the amenities of the big city, you can have it both! Beach resort town Carvoeiro is also just around the corner.

## Transit

From Faro airport you can get to the house in 50 minutes by car and 90 by public transport. The beach is within walking distance.

Public transport is available in the general area, but if you wish to explore a bit, a (rental) car is highly recommended. There is plenty of free parking space available around the house + 1 dedicated parking spot underneath the carport of the house.
