Outside there is a large pool which is boardered by landscaped gardens , with olive trees , mediterranean plants and a soft grassy lawn. The pool terrace is leading to the pool house and outdoor kitchen equipped with a traditional BBQ, bar area and dining table in a shaded spot ideal for a peaceful lunch or dinner overlooking on its own vineyard, all inviting a flowing in out lifestyle.



The villa is composed of 3 ensuite air conditionned bedrooms, a large living room overlooking the garden and the vineyards, kitchen and dining rcoom. There is a small TV den , wifi, sound system, Smart TV and a large fire place that frames the living room.



There is a 4th air conditionned ensuite bedroom with a small living and dinning area with a small kitcken.



All the bedrooms, living areas open onto the gardens. There are secure electric gates and an alarm system.



Very nice freeform pool, offering several relaxation area, on the sunbeds, in the shade of the olive trees , the pool house. A shower room with basin and toilet is also available next to the pool house.
