Our house offers a perfect relaxaxation creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere blending the seaview and the mounten.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a cozy lounge and big terrace full equipment also complete with an outdoor dining area and lounge, rerlaxing sunbeds, chairs for enjoying your meals and drings watching the seaview next to the pine tree. With two double bedrooms and one bathroom it’s the perfect space for families, friends, or remote workers.

Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in our two double bedrooms, each featuring premium Sealy - Elite Strom mattresses. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200), while the second can be configured as two single beds (90x200) or one double bed (180x200), according to your preference.

Bathroom: Our bathrooms is equipped with bathtub and are supplied with hot water from a solar water heater, ensuring comfort during your stay.
The house also has an outdoor shower and faucet for any of your needs.

Prime Location: Nestled in the beggining of a village Koutsouras, you’re just steps away from a small prevate beach ahead , 10 mins from the beach Macheridi and just next from the small forest of Koutsoura as crossing to the mounten and the butterfly gorge.
Near access to traditional beach and restaurants is 10-15 mins walk along the beach towards the village of Koutsoura.

Our holiday house serves as a great base for exploring the central and eastern parts of Crete. Discover nearby beaches, mountains, traditional villages, archaeological sites, historic monasteries, hiking trails, gorges, and the stunning Chrissi Island with its tropical beaches and turquoise waters.

For those seeking a relaxing, our prime location allows you to easily explore the beaches and the mountain .
Visit from the east side of our location the famous touristic village Makry Gialos ( 10mins driving) with many restourants and coffee bars located on the sandy beach of the village.

From the west side of the house is the town of Ierapetra (20 mins driving) .
Stroll along the coastal promenade, or wander through the charming streets of the old town. Nearby attractions include the "Kales" Venetian fortress, the old mosque, and the small fishing port. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a freely accessible coastal gym with a running track and outdoor basketball courts.
