Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Wir haben eine spektakuläre, neu renovierte, zwei Schlafzimmer (King / Queen Betten), zwei Bäder Condo in Neapel in einer bewachten Wohnanlage namens Imperial Golf Estates. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören: schöne, maßgefertigte Kirschholzschränke mit eingebauten Elementen, alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte Wet Bar und Weinkühlschrank. Pool mit Cabana, Tennis mit Anleitung, abgeschirmte Veranda mit Blick auf den See, maßgefertigte Plantagenfensterläden, Kathedralendecken, neuer Ahorn-Parkettboden, neuer Smart-TV, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Garage und WLAN-Internetzugang. Bring einfach deinen Koffer mit! Wir haben auch 4 Huffy Cruiser Bikes und 2 Kajaks (Tandem, Single) für den Einsatz in der Garage. In der Saison gibt es wöchentliche Socials im Poolhaus!

Bis zum Delnor-Wiggins Beach State Park sind es 3,2 km (gilt als einer der 10 schönsten Strände der USA). Es ist nur wenige Minuten von erstklassigen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einigen der besten Golfplätze in den USA entfernt. Wir sind 5 km von der Sun-N-Fun-Lagune (dem neuesten Wasserpark in Neapel) entfernt. Unsere Kinder lieben es ... wir auch !! Unser Platz ist elf Jahre alt, ungefähr 1450 Quadratfuß, ziemlich nett.

Great location!,.close to shops and beach. Condo was immaculate and beds were really comfortable! Beth was wonderful to work with ! She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were super! Beth’s place was very cozy and comfy….

Great Location

The condo was well represented by the photos on the site. The layout of the condo was very nice especially with the vaulted ceilings. The pool was a very short distance and well maintained. The owner was very responsive if we had any concerns or questions about the condo. We would rent this condo when we are back in Naples.

Excellent Month in Naples

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the condo itself and the grounds, including the pool area. We felt very much at home, and anything you would need for the beach was available in the garage. The condo area was very quiet, even though Highway 41 is very close by, with anything you can imagine very accessible. Beth was very helpful with her tips on places to go, and very responsive to any emails or texts we sent her during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend.

Jeff's stay in Florida - Imperial Golf Estates

The owner, Beth, was very helpful with Logistics and Information. She was very responsive to help me out. I thought the guard would have my name on a list, but they called Beth upon my arrival (near midnight). I didn't mean for Beth to be bothered. Beth is a Great Owner and I found her place at Imperial Golf Estates to be an Excellent place to stay. I appreciate all that she has done. Thanks, Jeff

Comfortable, clean and good location.

Clean, comfortable and generally well appointed. Usual excellent American interior layout. Efficient AC and fan installations. Excellent, uncrowded swimming pool very close to the property with Bar-B-Q and small clubroom and lovely outlook (with wildlife) from enclosed condo lanai. Quiet and peaceful, at least for summer visitors. Easy and speedy access to attractions, beach and supermarkets. Condo is feeling its age a little and needs modest attention to some furniture and fittings. Cooking equipment, utensils and storage containers (a bit more tupperware) need updating. For non-US citizens more information on how things work would be helpful. It would also be desirable to explain that it is a first floor residence for potential renters with limited mobility. This did not affect us however and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Owners very cooperative and responsive when contacted during our stay.

This Condo is beautiful and we are grateful that we had the opportunity to spend some time here. Working with the owner (Beth Russell) was so easy and the communication was perfect. We would definitely look to stay here again.

We have had a great time in Naples. Loved the place a lot. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent instructions on how to get to the property and etc. The location is great and very convenient for us to go to our favorite beaches and shopping. It would be nice to have beach chairs more comfortable. Other than that everything was really nice. We would for sure return.

Perfect location for my trip in Florida Naples

The condo was perfect located for my one week visit in Florida to relax myself from business and private obligations. The condo itself was very clean, the kitchen itself was equipped perfect, two bedrooms and two bathrooms give opportunity to stay with the whole family easily. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony in the evening to have the nice view across the lake behind the house. Since the condo is located in a residential area (access granted by gatekeeper, only) , I felt really safe during my stay. I visited several times the beautiful beaches around Naples, Beth gave me perfect tips where to go. Beth in general supported me before and during my trip, I received quick response to all upcoming questions, thx for your warm welcome. Since this condo is located close to north Naples I recommend having a car to reach restaurants, shops, beaches ... easily. I really can recommend this condo, if I plan to visit the west coast of Florida again I will be back.

Imperial Condo

We rented this condo for 3 months. It was very clean and spacious. The owners were very nice to work with and very responsive to any request. We are renting it again next year. It is close to the beach and many great restaurants.

Our family loves our newly renovated Naples home and hope to share it with those who will take care of it as we do. We enjoy all that Naples has to offer including events at the Philharmonic, panoramic views of beaches, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous dining, more golf courses than any other city in the US and upscale shopping and dining. We've taken trips to the Keys for the day on a boat that leaves from the Naples. We're 20 minutes from the Everglades National Park for airboat rides and enjoying wildlife. We've done day trips traveling to Key Biscayne to snorkel and explore the coral reefs. Tennis families can enjoy walking to Gomez Tennis Academy down the street for group or private tennis instruction. Two miles from our place is the world famous Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park with ranger lead kayak tours, nature walks, picnic areas that are equipped with grills and restroom facilities. We're 3 miles from Naples newest water park, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon. Our kids love it...we do too!! Our children participate in area competitive swim and tennis camps in the area. Naples is, in many ways, a small town with all the amenities expected in a large metropolitan area.
We have references to share from prior guests as well.

We chose to buy our condo in Naples because of the weather and all the amenities the area has to offer. Walk to Gomez Tennis Academy, down the street or bike/kayak to a top ten beach in Florida. Southwest Florida, particularly, Naples, and all points south, have great weather in the winter. We bought our condo hoping our parents would use it, but they like to travel to Naples with us, too. We hope to find people to rent our condo that would enjoy it as much as we do!

Some of the unique benefits of staying at our condo in Naples are that it's within walking distance to shopping, dining and golfing and the world famous Gomez Tennis Academy, down the street. We often ride our bikes, kayak or SUP to the Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park. Our place is newly renovated and the location is very private and quiet. It's located in a guard- gated golf community. Its first class amenities, proximity to all that Naples has to offer (Mercato, Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park, world-class golf and dining) make it a must-stay unit. Bike to the beach with 4 provided Huffy Cruisers, or cruise the inlets on provided kayaks and paddleboards, then arrive home for a drink from the wine bar and social hour at our community pool. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
