Welcome to my home!
There is a spacious living/dining area, with two single beds (stacked) in a dedicated space, and a living room featuring a comfortable sectional couch with a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the city.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, microwave, and other amenities for your usage.
The bedroom contains a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.
Please note that a building is under construction on the same street, which may cause inconvenience during the day.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: S. Bento: (10 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S. Bento: (10 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
