The Space:
This Montepulciano villa rental dates back to the 19th century but has been completely renovated and restored, with the owners taking great care to maintain original features.

In the main house, there is a large living room, spacious country-style kitchen and two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is the ideal place to prepare meals as a family, with a large central dining table and fireplace. Alternatively, we can recommend a cook to prepare the meals for you. The living room is spacious and elegant, with large arched windows and vaulted ceilings. There are plenty of comfortable sofas as well as a formal dining table and small library. Doors lead directly from here to the garden. Both bedrooms are on the first floor of the house. The master bedroom enjoys terrific views and even boasts its own small living area. Both are equipped with TVs, air conditioning and room safes. Both their ensuite bathrooms also have hydromassage baths.

The adjacent annex at this Montepulciano villa rental is home to a further four bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished in a traditional, elegant style, each using different colour schemes. All have a small terrace area too.

There are two further buildings within the grounds. The first is the limonaia. This is a charming living room in the centre of the garden. Large windows bring in plenty of light and the ambience is relaxed and peaceful. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and has a mobile bar and coffee station. The second is the pavilion. With glass windows all the way around, it truly brings the outside in. It has its own bar and is particularly ideal for events and celebrations. There is a bathroom here too.

Outside, this Montepulciano villa rental is surrounded by beautiful gardens which in turn are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. There is a large private pool (22 x 12 metres and 1.7 metres deep) surrounded by over an acre of lawns and enjoying magnificent views.

Rates at this Montepulciano villa rental include breakfast for all guests as well as 3 dinners (excluding drinks). The cook specialises in regional home made classics. Please note the chefs are preparing dinner, the kitchen can only be used by staff. Staff can cater for all dietary restrictions, allergies and food intolerances. We also provide a daily cleaning service of 6 hours per day. Should guests wish for any additional meals, these can be provided at a cost of 50 euros per person for dinner and 35 euros per person for lunch. Local taxes are also due locally on arrival. These are 1 euro per person per night.
