Villa Bernocco is located on a private estate, formerly belonging to the Bourbon family, in the hills of Camaiore, between the medieval town of Lucca (30 km) and the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (9 km). This enchanting villa with its private heated saltwater pool can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful dining room with a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen, and a very spacious living room.

In front of the house is a private garden and a lovely seating area, perfect for breakfast.
Our guests can enjoy the beautiful views while taking advantage of the peaceful Tuscan countryside near the swimming pool with sun loungers. Villa Bernocco is a unique oasis of peace.
Overlooking the pool is a splendid open-air dining room with a cast-iron table for 10 people, perfect for a refreshing aperitif and a typical Tuscan dinner under the stars with a splendid view of the pool and surrounding hills. Total privacy is guaranteed. The BBQ is The Big Green Egg - the ultimate in al fresco cooking - from grilling to baking to slow cooking, it will achieve everything with perfect results. The ceramic construction keeps the heat in, but also the humidity out, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection.


Recently renovated, indoors this rural villa has retained many of its original features and typical Tuscan style: wood-beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors are at least 200 years old. At the same time, the villa offers many high-quality modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

This three-storey villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room overlooking the garden with various seating areas Adjacent to the villa is a cosy guest house with a separate entrance. The guest house has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed on request) with a private bathroom (shower only). It is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding hills.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with en suite dining room and a table that can seat 10 people. This floor also includes a separate area with two adjoining bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are 2 romantic double rooms (double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, both spacious and elegant, each with shower and bath.
Air conditioning in each bedroom and the use of it is included in the price, as is heating and Wi-Fi.
We also provide a cot and highchair on request.
