Other things to note
I have just spent 6 nights in Angela's cottage and I can honestly say we have had a fab week. I am a mum with 3 boys (11,11,13). We travelled from Essex. A lovely welcome and chilled bottle of wine and fresh flowers. We were close enough to enjoy silverdale and arnside (the best fish &chips), Morecambe seafront is a short car drive or you can jump on the local train (10mins). The historical village of heysham is great to walk around, boys ran on the beach and the barrows cliffs. The no5 bus goes from nearby Carnforth all the way through to Heysham.
The cottage has parking, and a garden which is an added bonus. Our last day we took a guided walk with Angela up to Warton Crag, she is super knowledgeable about the area too. We'll be back, there is still lots to explore xx
