Charming Villa, Sea View, minutes from Palm Beach and Cannes

A charming villa located in an exclusive part of Cannes, la Californie. Magnificent sea view, 5 km from the beach, supermarkets, bakeries ,restaurants, Montfleury tennis club and shopping areas in Cannes.

The villa's main entrance leads to three floors with 6 bedrooms. 5 with en-suite bathroom with air-conditioning. 1 Room on the top floor with it's own private terrasse. 3 rooms on the main floor, dinning and living room area. 2 rooms on the pool level.

The swimming pool and it's large garden have plenty of space for children to explore.

The Petanque and the ping pong table are just next to the pool which has salty water.

There are two BBQ (gaz and charcoal) on the first terrace and an outside dinning table, under the Olive tree, with the best view.

The provençale kitchen is well adjusted and fully furnished and has a back door to the outside garden , where you can park you cars and bring in the groceries directly into the kitchen.

You will find some fantastic golf clubs in the area, within a 15 to 20 mn drive from the villa. Again easy access.

Sailing, the main sailing club is next to the Palm Beach in Cannes, just 5 mn car ride from our home and some are in Antibes.

Paddling, canoeing , surfing on the Bvd Gazaniere next to Palm Beach are also a few minutes away from our home.

There is a beautiful walk in the Eucalyptus park on the hills behind the house.
