There is no name that quite describes Villa 603. Having searched for years for the perfect holiday home we found it here. After 2 years carefully developing it we are delighted to be able to share this Villa with you. From the palm trees surrounding the large pool (heated from May to October), to the hot tub, Villa 603 whispers unwind and relax. Just 10 minutes drive to the world class beaches of Juan-les-Pins, 15 minutes from the restaurants of Antibes and Cannes and 20 minutes from Nice.
In the main house we have 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of them have king size beds and the master has a super king size. All are heated and air conditioned. We have an additional apartment in the lower garden with 2 extra bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and a studio kitchen.
And for the more active we have table football and a ping pong table and a small gym and yoga studio with weights and a running and cycling machine.
But more important than any of that we have plenty of space to relax. A large open plan dining room, kitchen and lower living room which opens into the seating area of the garden, an indoor relaxation room with views of the garden and the pool and an upper living room with a 75 inch TV which is a perfect place to escape the sun in the day!
And if you want to spend the day sitting by the pool we have an outdoor kitchen in the pool house with a fridge so you never need to move too far from the sunbeds!
Holidays don’t get much better than this.
The Area
Over the years we have spent in the South of France we have never discovered a better area to explore the Côte d’Azur. As well as being a short drive from Cannes, Nice, and Antibes, the Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the lesser know gastronomic hill town of Biot, 15 minutes from Mougins and Valbonne (you must see the Friday market) and 25 minutes from the perfumeries of Grasse. And if you fancy something more active, you can try Canyoning in Gorges du Loup, the grotto of Saint-Cézaire, the coastal walks of Cap d’Antibes or the world class beaches of Juan-les-Pins.
And that’s not to mention the beautiful cobbled streets and art shops of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the Jazz á Juan festival of Juan-les-Pins in July and the yachts of St Tropez.
Note that no loud noises are allowed in the outside areas and no parties are allowed at any time.
