Summary:
Listed as a Historic Monument, Passage Choiseul is the longest covered passage in Paris. It was opened between 1825 and 1827 by the Mallet bank under the reign of Charles X. The plans were drawn up by the architect François Mazois.

The building itself was built in 1825, on behalf of Baron Roman Maria de Pereira, a journalist at the time.
The 1743 sqft apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (one of them is included the WC) and a separate WC.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- 2 bathroom with a shower ( with one included the WC )
- 1 separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 12 persons and a maximum of 14 persons.

-Bedroom 4 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 5 with two double mattress

-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : 5 days before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator or stairs.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
The passage Choiseul has remained one of the liveliest passages in Paris, due to its proximity to the Royal Theater of the Opéra Comique - current Salle Ventadour - and the Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens.

Getting Around:
Subway station 4 / 3 : Réaumur-Sébastopl

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
