Located in a central and prestigious area of Paris, just a few minutes away from The Louvre, the Opera and Place de la Concorde, this apartment offers an elegant and comfortable setting for a Parisian stay. Its unique design was imagined by a French architect to combine historic grandeur with contemporary design, including a large living room area, with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The colourful touches give the place a a lively and welcoming feel.

The Space:
The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with seating for 10
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (each with shower and toilet)
- 3 Private bathrooms (see below)
- No separate toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no toilet)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no toilet)
- Bedroom 5 with a double bed
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people
The apartment is ideal for 10 people, and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
A/C, Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Master lock next to the apartment door.
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor. You can use an elevator.
- We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of 2 people without suitcase at a time or a person and a suitcase.
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is known for its elegance and historical prominence. It is centrally located, making it easily accessible and well-connected to various parts of the city. High-end boutiques, designer stores, and fashion houses can be found along the streets, making it a prime destination for upscale shopping. The world famous Champs-Elysées, renowed fot its luxury shops and theatres, is just a stroll away. The neighborhood is very safe with The Louvre Museum, The Palais Royal and the Opera Garnier only few hundred meters away.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- Station Madeleine : 5 minutes : Line 8, 12 and 14
- Station Miromesnil : 11 minutes : Line 9 & 13
- Station RER Auber: 13 minutes :RER A
- 45 minutes to CDG : Line 14 and then RER B
- 50 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
