TEMPORARY NOTICE WORKS

Temporary renovation and improvement works on the building, apologies for any inconvenience that may occasionally be caused. (The working hours of these works are from Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm only).





It is a practical and functional 34 m2 apartment ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the building in a quiet and cosy interior apartment.



The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, a ceiling fan, electric heater and space to store your belongings.



In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, split air conditioning for heating/cooling and a dinning table for 4 people.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and the usual utensils as well as a dining table.

To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.



SELF CHECK-IN KEY COLLECTION

The accommodation keys will be available at the door of our office in a secure lockbox starting from the check-in time.

Our office is strategically located just a few minutes from our accommodations.

You will receive access information and instructions in advance.



CHECK-OUT

Strict departure time: 11 AM.



LUGGAGE STORAGE

We also provide a luggage storage service at our office**. The cost is €3 per item for the same day and €6 per item for each additional day.
