The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street with Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and during months.
The Apartment:
The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and care.
Located on the 3rd floor of this building with an elevator, a 40 square meter apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The magnificent living room has a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable and cosy single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped with everything necessary.
Down the living room hallway, you reach the bedroom area. The bedrooms are very elegant and cosy and have built-in wardrobes. One of them has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and the other has a single bed with a small desk. The bedroom windows have plenty of natural light and overlook the inner courtyard, providing a very peaceful and pleasant stay.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
