The location of our Arlington apartments is right in the middle of everything you could want or need. Easy access to the main freeways allows you to get to Dallas in less than 30 minutes. Around our neighborhood, there are restaurants, bars, museums, and more, all within walking distance or a short bike ride away. If you're feeling adventurous, use the city's RAPID driverless service with the Via app, which offers rides around UTA and downtown Arlington. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is 13 miles from this Kasa.

- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
