We had a great time at this house. The kids loved the pool, but it was a bit cold, which we knew could be the case because of the time of year. The pullout couches were really just small futons, ok for kids but not adults. The kitchen was big and easy to cook in, but lacking in pots/pans. There were a few things that needed repaired, but nothing that kept us from enjoying ourselves. I would absolutely rent again, as I have family in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is stocked well, in a good location, and perfect for a short stay.A few things:-The TVs in the bedrooms don't have cable. It seems strange, since the ones in the living rooms do.-The bath towels could used replaced. The ones in the master are really small and shabby.-Providing pool towels would be nice...we traveled by plane and did not pack any.-The back yard needs some work. There was random trash in the yard and the seating areas were dirty/moldy. -I spent an hour cleaning the pool the first morning. The leaves from the overhanging tree were everywhere...I still could not get all the leaves out. It did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. It was frustrating that it wasn't cleaned before we got there. It was part of the reason I booked the house. I should not have had to spend my morning cleaning the pool so we could swim.

Great Amenities & Convenient Location

We stayed at this home when in town for a WNBA game and it was perfect! The pool was the perfect temperature, the backyard was clean, the house had a great kitchen, was kept cool in the Texas heat, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Not to mention having garage access was ideal during the hot summer months.The location near major highways and multiple grocery stores also made the trip super convenient and easy! 10/10 would stay here again.

Nice House/Backyard, ok

Pros- The house itself inside was nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. Cons- master bedroom and master bathroom were HOT. Like no air flow. We made sure the vents were open. We ended up buying a fan to use to blow cold air from the front room. The house has remotes to fans and lights. Anytime you used a remote for one room it would beep and mess with other rooms. The dishwasher had standing water for who knows how long. It smelled awful. I did contact the property manager and someone came the next day. I did message the owner on VRBO and property manager about availability for an extra night and did not receive a response. MAJOR CON- the backyard. We rented this house for the backyard/pool. The pictures they have posted are nothing like what it looks like now. The grass is over grown, trees and plants over grown. The kids could not even play in the yard because of the trash and overgrown grass. Umbrella was torn and not able to use it for shade. There was a box of trash by the fence, broken pool items, nets to clean we’re broken, trash behind a half fenced area (not anywhere near the trash can). The water was super hot. I get that it’s summer time (we have a pool). It was so full that we couldn’t add cold water to it. We never did find the cornhole game that is shown in their pictures. Overall would not stay again because of the backyard/pool area.

Great location and quiet neighborhood we reached out to property manager because ceiling fan in master would not come on...property manager asked for a video and then stated the remote batteries were possibly low...he said he would come and switch them out but never did.

The kitchen stink was clogged up and was draining into the dishwasher. Called the property manager and he kept sending me to voicemail. And everything was through text. Finally got a call from the owner and he thought I was the cleaning lady and I was like no, I’m here for the weekend. He and another guy came and did a temp fix, it was still not fully draining when we left this morning. No propane and the igniter did not work. to grill out hamburgers and Friday evening. Property manager says to go get a replacement and we would get reimbursed, this stuff should be all set and ready for the new tenants to enjoy their stay. Master and front bedroom light and fan didn’t work as well. No hot water in the kitchen and master bathroom. Swimming pool was dirty and back yard was not tidy. The owners were very responsive to the situation once the property manager alerted them, but the property manager seemed very reluctant to get us in touch with anyone else until we pressed back.

Nice home to stay at while visiting Dallas/Ft Worth

The property was really nice and well kept. Although it was still cool, my kids wanted to swim and the owners had someone clean out the pool for us. It was very nice of them to get that done. There were only minor issues with the property but overall was a great stay and easily accessible to many things.

Great Get Away

Super great location. House was clean and comfortable. Pool area was relaxing but had a lot of leaves from the trees. That was okay but there was a lot of leaves on the bottom that would take hours for me to clean, and I like to rake pools. John from Evolve was very quick to communicate with us but, John the owner did not help at all. We had some fans and lights that didn’t work and would have been a quick fix from the first night. It was never taken care of our whole trip.

Nice place

Roomy and comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were only 10 minutes from the DFW airport and half an hour from Fort Worth. Enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day and by the electric fireplace at night.

Great time overall

Location and space were amazing. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the back yard was great to host a couple local friends over. The grill worked wonderfully. Only issue we really had was the remotes for the fan in the bedroom did not work.

Cowboys Game Trip

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to shopping, the airport, & Amusement Park. Clean & comfy for 6. The couches are a bit hard & wouldn't recommend sleeping unless a child. It could use a few blankets for the colder evenings We took a Cowboys tour & game which is 30 minutes with traffic. The Stockyard is Amazing and full of history. I would stay here again!
