Close to the events

If you have an event at the stadium this a convenient stay. No one lives here so it just has the essentials, but that is all we needed. Its clean and near lots of fun spaces in the area.

Great location for Rangers and Cowboys fans

Cute little apartment near AT&T and Globe Life. We look forward to staying again for future ball games. One thing I feel needs to be noted because it’s not in the listing, if you’re bringing your vehicle, they charge $50/day per vehicle.

We were in town for one night to attend the Cowboys game. Found this place that was directly across from the stadium. It was about a 15 minute walk from door to door

Apartment near downtown Arlington

The communication is beyond poor! They will have additional hidden fees. They can charge anything from $50-500 for parking depending on what they decide to charge and won’t notify you regarding this until your check in day. Proceed with caution ⚠️ Air filter for AC looks like it hasn’t been changed in years. Other than this the apartment is very nicely located and is clean inside. Guest parking IS AN OPTION!!! They will with hold giving you the key pad code to get in until you pay addition money for it. They also don’t notify you of this until day of check in.

Kirstin, Thank you for being our guest! I apologize for you being upset about parking fees, but that was far from hidden fees, this is stated BEFORE booking that this location is paid parking due to being in an entertainment district, we do not know how much parking will be until day of due to games, concerts, etc, this is not the Host fee this is done through a 3rd party company, as communicated to you if vehicles that are parked in the parking lot are not registered they will be towed by the property, again not my rule. We can not withhold a door code from a guest that has paid, so that’s not true, check in is a 4pm and the door code is released at 3pm, which is also stated in the rules. As far as air filter those are services by the complex routinely which were just changed on 9/11/24.

Perfect location for baseball/football games

The location is great if youre going to a Dallas Cowboys game or Rangers game. Its walking distance so it worked out for us. The apartment was nice and clean and easy to access with a keypad lock. The only issues I had were check in time and getting a hold of the property host.The check in time online says 3 but the when I finally got in touch with the host she said it wasn't until 4 that I could check in. So we had to wait around for an hour. Also, the number to get a hold of the host was not the right number. So it took a while to actually speak with her. There should also be a note that when you park your car in the lot that you will have to pay a fee for each car per night so you don't get towed. Other than those things it was a great place and location.

Great location

Vrbo was nice, very close to AT&T & Globe life stadiums. Great convenient location. However. Host was very hard to get in touch with, the number on the listing is not correct. The room number and code to the door were not included in the check in information sent prior to arrival, I had to contact the host for those. Upon arrival the toilet seat in the guest bathroom had a broken screw so you had to sit very carefully or you would slide off and the toilet had issues flushing; since those are not considered an emergency in the policy sent, we did not contact management due to an additional $50 fee for non-emergency maintenance calls at host's discretion. There are absolutely no rules or instructions posted anywhere inside the vrbo for check in or checkout. The entire property is smoke free, parking lot included. Another thing I feel needs mentioned in the listing is that parking is $50/car per day that you have to pay to a third party before. The parking situation was not disclosed until after booking with no refund upon cancelation. Location was excellent! Pparty prior to arrival.

Thank you for staying with us! The non emergency maintenance fee is from the property not a fee of mine as mentioned in the house rules, the parking fee is also mentioned in the house rules as well which is not a fee of ours this is strictly enforced by the property by the apartment being in the entertainment area, you were made aware of the $50 parking fee back in May when you inquired about the parking. The cleaners made me aware of the toilet issue and it has been fixed. Again, thank you for choosing to stay with us, will be glad to host you again!
