Calluna Villa welcomes you to a wonderful rural area, in Sirili village, just 24 Km away from Chania picturesque Old Town and promises to offer you an unforgettable summer holiday experience! Kick back, relax and enjoy everything this stunning dwelling has to offer! The 400 m2 property spreads in two levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and up to 12 if needed in a soothing environment among nature. The 5 en-suite bedrooms offer ample of space, which each floor has its own private entrance, offering privacy among your group. Conveniently located, just 5,7 Km from the closest beach and only a 16-20 minute drive to Platanias and Agia Maria settlements with their numerous beach clubs, cafes, restaurants and shops, Calluna Villa is an ideal base to explore the island.
Indoors
Ground Floor
Entering the ground floor open area, you are welcomed by a warm homey feeling and the beautiful views in front of you. This space features the living room, indoor dining area and kitchen and is decorated in white colours with black artwork, ample lighting, various plants and stunning marble floors. The seating area is complemented by an open fireplace, two comfy sofas and a 55 smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining table for 8 provide all essentials so you can prepare a homemade meal and try some Cretan recipes with your loved ones! The dining area opens up to a spacious veranda, offering an additional dining area for 6 and enjoying the beautiful views of the area and the village below your feet.
Moving on to the bedrooms, 4 of them can be found on the ground floor, each one with its own identity and decoration style. The first bedroom is decorated in impressive gold and black colours and offers a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, mirror covered wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage column. This bedroom offers direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom is furnished in elegant grey tones and it features a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and also opens up to the pool terrace. The green adorned bedroom boasts 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined together upon request to form a Queen size bed, direct pool access and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The fourth bedroom is embellished with blue decorative details, features and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and it opens up to a lawn covered terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area. All four bedrooms offer individually controlled A/C, 32 Smart TV, vanity with LED mirror, closets and outdoor sitting area for 2 people. Moreover, a separate WC and a laundry room with washer / dryer and safety deposit box can also be found on the ground floor.

Lower Floor

Passing through the beautifully landscaped herb garden, guests can reach the lower floor, which is accessed by its own separate entrance, offering more privacy among your group.This autonomous area includes the cosy playroom with 55 Smart TV, large sofa (that can become a double sofa bed for 2 guests), PS5, ping pong table, Bluetooth speaker, ready to entertain you and your company. The 5th bedroom of Calluna Villa is also located here, featuring a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, A/C, 32 TV and direct access to the parking space. Last but not least, a second fully equipped kitchen with island counter and 4 chairs as well as an additional bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine also exist on the lower floor.


Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped exterior of Calluna Villa covers 1.500 m2 and its filled with fragrant flowers, herbs, lawn covered areas, olive and palm trees that embrace the stone paved terrace and path to the pool. The outdoor area offers many exclusive facilities including:
- A private, 65 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with hydromassage function, two waterfalls and step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, outdoor speakers, a poolside shower and umbrellas for your outmost comfort.
- Next to the pool, guests have access to a relaxing separate area that features a wooden sauna for 4 people, as well as an additional full bathroom and shower.
- A separate 12 sq.m. childrens pool, 0,40 m deep.
- Fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a pergola with a gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ, wood burning oven, fridge, sink and water freezer. An outdoor dining area for 12 featuring a 40 TV, is also available, perfect for al fresco dining.

- Outdoor playground with swings, seesaw and climbing structure with slide to keep your little ones busy all day long.
- A shaded, lawn covered area for yoga practice is also available outdoors, providing mats, yoga blocks and balls.
- A sports field, offering facilities for many sports such as volleyball, tennis, soccer and basketball so you can stay in shape.
- A private mini golf court so you can practice your skills.
- Two outdoor shaded seatings areas as well as a stone built-in lounging spot where you can unwind and enjoy the views.
- A vineyard producing local wine which is offered to our guests upon arrival, depending on availability.
- Parking space for 3 cars inside the Villa premises.
