Introducing Blue Zone Villa
Inspired by the blue zone regions of the world where people leave longer than average, the homeowner was inspired by the tranquil elements the villa design & location has to offer. Moulded from earthen materials and inspired by the natural surroundings of the Cretan landscape, this holiday home features privacy among all. Relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets, gather at the cozy sofa’s gazing out to the shimmering pool & fall asleep to the sound of the summer breeze. Set in Platanias area, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its five available bedrooms. The Villa offers clean appeal design, with an open plan living-cum area featuring sea views and with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 45m2 Private Infinity Pool (can be heated with an additional fee & also features a pool cover), a Dining area, with BBQ (charcoal) & wood Oven making this residence of a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Dining
This residence lays in 2.800m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 45m² private infinity pool (1,40 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee & also features an electric pool cover), premium sun-beds & ample outdoor spaces to cherish. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor covered dining area or build in sea view lounge. An outdoor BBQ (charcoal) & Wood Over are also featured with a sink for culinary family gatherings. There is sufficient parking space for up to 3 cars inside the residence premises. There is an outdoor shower available and a extra WC room, that is also a laundry room featuring a washing & drying machine, located next to the BBQ area. *Please note that the barbecue cannot be used on days with strong winds, due to the significant risk of fire. The surrounding area includes greenery and open fields, making it particularly important to avoid any potential hazards.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 30 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & sea, the villa radiates authentic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This Residence boasts beautiful interiors, in its 240m² indoor space. The villa boasts five bedrooms, all featuring en-suite bathrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a cosy sofa & a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The villa can welcome up to 10 guests in real beds in its 5 available bedrooms. All five en-suite bathrooms feature a distinctive look & feel with iconic handmade tiles. All bedrooms feature Bluetooth side tables & smart TVs. The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests.

Master Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be connected & en suite bathroom with walk in shower & direct access to a spacious balcony with sea views • Two more twin bedrooms, featuring also two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be connected, with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower & sea view balcony access • There is an extra Nespresso machine & a mini fridge available at the corridor of this floor.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
