Dear guest, Thank you for choosing Villa Il Cerretaccio for your stay and for sharing your feedback. ​Your review surprises me: as you acknowledge, all the other reviews have the highest rating, including the one from the guests who stayed the previous week. ​The listing clearly specifies seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, without stating that every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and televisions are not advertised. Therefore, describing the listing as inaccurate is unfounded. ​Regarding the property manager, Villa Il Cerretaccio is a private villa and not a hotel: we do not offer continuous reception service, which was never stated in the listing. We, the owners, nevertheless take action when necessary, within a reasonable timeframe. As for the coffee machine which was only one year old , it stopped working after you cleaned it because an internal tube had been inadvertently disconnected: it was not broken, the tube simply needed reconnecting. I took action personally the following morning, despite it being Sunday, resolving the issue in less than 24 hours. I am sorry that you did not want to wait and preferred to get another one. ​All the showerheads were recently replaced. The mattresses were also replaced a year ago with high quality ones: your criticisms therefore surprise me. ​We clean thoroughly before every arrival. Raising concerns about the water temperature, the oven, and dirty dishes only through a review is not a very constructive approach, as it denied us the opportunity to verify the accuracy of what was reported and to take prompt action during your stay. The oven was working and intact before your arrival; after your departure, we found that the knob had been forced and broken: the damage therefore occurred during your stay, as promptly reported to Vrbo after check-out. ​But above all, abandoning numerous bags of garbage at the edge of the woods, away from the villa, instead of in the bins indicated outside the gate, is disrespectful to the environment and to us. A serious violation, documented with photographs and reported to Vrbo. ​I respect opinions, but I do not agree with inaccurate statements. ​Kind regards, Villa Il Cerretaccio
