Beautiful villa built in the 90's with noble and essentially Mallorcan materials; the Santanyí stone reliefs that decorate the fireplace in the central living room stand out; the villa is surrounded by its characteristic wall lined with Mallorcan stone, it has a swimming pool, gardens, several entrances, terraces, a porch where to have breakfast or dinner next to the swimming pool and a barbecue area. The classic decoration together with modern comforts makes this villa a perfect place to feel at home in Mallorca.

Rules of coexistence: in order to ensure a good coexistence between the guests in tourist holiday accommodation and the rest of the neighbourhood of the village, thus avoiding uncomfortable disturbances, some rules of coexistence and civic behavior have been drawn up, which can lead, in case of non-compliance, to fines or even expulsion. We must find the best solution so that the enjoyment of a holiday home can be combined with the relaxation of the local neighborhood.

Small town, in the northeast of the island, about 75 km from Palma de Mallorca. In its beginnings it was a fishing village, which is why it conserves its picturesque port with the popular "barcas de bou": its red promenade with a multitude of restaurants and bars in front of the sea stands out. Also known as a consolidated area for quality nightlife, it has a multitude of areas and unspoilt coves where you can stroll, visit and relax. There is plenty to choose from.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in one of the best valued and quietest residential areas of Cala Ratjada, it is 300 m from Cala Lliteras with direct access to the sea and 1 km from the iconic Cala Agulla beach, one of the few remaining virgin beaches in the area. Very close to the centre of the village but away from the noise and bustle. It is located on the slope that leads to the area known as "la olla" and "els Pelats", a hiking area with forests and beautiful cliffs overlooking the sea and with spectacular views of Menorca.
HOW TO MOVE:
In Cala Ratjada you can get around on foot, by bike or by car. The distances are relatively short and the parking area in the centre is very limited, so cycling around the town is a good option. In summer there is a tourist train with many stops that takes visitors on excursions through the different corners of the area to Font de sa Cala. The municipality can be visited by car from Cala Mesquida to Canyamel, the coves of Artà or the Castle of Capdepera.
