The main pool terrace is generously sized with an 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers and 2 dining areas one of which is covered and the other which is serviced by an electrical awning. There is a courtyard with second barbecue and outdoor seating off the dining area and steps leading to a roof terrace boasting Ocean views.



The villa comprises of entrance hall with WC, well equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV channels in an array of different languages and a cot and high chair are available on request.



The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.



Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.
