Lovely home, spacious, good location and all the amenities we needed. A squirrel got into the roof and the property manager immediately got in touch with pest control to help us. The main TVs have cable, I feel like smart TVs would be a better option for most guests.

Very nice place to vacation

My family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks everything was great and one problem did arise the refrigerator and freezer stopped working I got in touch with the host and was replaced in a very timely manner will definitely stay here again

Just a staycation

Everything was good except for some of the bedrooms where a little dirty and the hot tub was not functioning properly and cold other than that I would recommend a stay at this property

Wonderful

We stayed for a week. Host was tentative and accessible for all questions and concerns, responded quickly. Listing is accurate. Home has everything you need for your stay. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in. Gane room was very fun for the whole family. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Location, incredible villa.

Amazing location close to Champions Gate. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to the I4 so getting to the attractions is a simple affair. Listing exactly as described and pictures very accurate representation. Hosts were great and check in process was simple and fast. Will definitely be back!

Family get away from the cold

The house was clean and the property owner was great to work with. Just a little disappointed as I thought the listen read heated pool when I booked it and didn't mention any additional charges for it. When we arrived, we found out it would be 30 a day and take two days to heat if we wanted it ( we were only there for 4 days).

Great location

The location was good. Easy access to a lot of different attractions. The game room was fun and a nice addition and the living room area was very nice and comfortable furniture. It was also extremely clean! Ceiling fans everywhere was another great addition!! We rent vacation houses quite often so after staying here are a few suggestions. Most houses have some necessities for the kitchen… salt , pepper, a few spices and usually some oil and something to keep leftovers in while your there. The thermostat was locked and I understand the freezing of the unit but many days we wanted to turn it up because we were cold and we’re not able to.

You should request the “extra charge” list before staying at this property.

The house was clean and spacious, not sure why a “hot tub” is advertised when it is an additional charge to heat the pool and the “hot tub” never warmed up. Falsely advertised on the listing. Grill? Extra charge. No food or drinks allowed in the game room. Expect the absolute bare minimum with amenities, toilet paper? Conserve it because there is no extra.Hospitality is not this hosts strong suite. If you’re looking for a bare minimum place to stay this may work for you but expect NO extra amenities.

I just wanted to clarify a few details to ensure future guests have the best possible experience. As mentioned at the very top of the listing description, pool heating is available for a fee, and a grill can also be rented at an additional cost. Regarding the game room, since it is located in the garage, we kindly ask guests to avoid bringing food or drinks in to prevent attracting insects and to keep the space clean for everyone to enjoy. To make your stay comfortable, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including a roll of kitchen paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. Each bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, soap, and toilet paper to get you started. I’m sorry if any of this wasn’t clear during your stay, and I truly appreciate your time in sharing your thoughts. I hope you still had a wonderful trip! Best regards, Ferry

Excellent Stay

This property is exactly as listed and offered everything we needed during our stay. Check in process was easy and the host is very informative. On arrival, the house was clean and pool was heated up ready to use as we requested. During our stay, we had to contact the property manager regarding a play pen and an issue with the pool. They were quick to drop off a play pen but the pool issues continued throughout the stay. The spa drains overnight and is not usable until it refills the next afternoon. This house has everything we needed during our stay but some things could use updating such as shower fixtures, mattresses are uncomfortable and loud, upstairs toilets need repairs and outdoor patio furniture is dated and dirty. The pool heat was great and kept the temperature up during our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a great location. Expect 30-45 minute drive to Disney with traffic. Overall, we would stay again!

The house was very nice and clean, but we kept receiving different instructions on things. The description we read on VRBO said that there was a heated pool; however, when we got there, we were told it was an extra $30 per day to heat the pool and jacuzzi so we weren’t able to use either unless we paid. The property manager, Christine, sent me a description that told about the fee, but when I sent her a copy of the description on the app, she replied “there is only one description”. Well, clearly that’s not true because I sent her the one I was reading and it was different than the one she sent me. Not sure why. Also, the thermostat was in a locked box and set at 74 degrees. After I contacted the management company, we were told where a key was hidden in order to adjust the temp so we ended up being comfortable. Before arriving, I received a separate email on how to lock the front door, but the lock was not even like the one in the email. I’m guessing the emails were automatically generated and had not been updated since the lock was changed. Also, there were check out instructions on the refrigerator and we received an email with instructions. The two were not at all the same. Maybe this house is rented through different entities, but it was very confusing. Other than the above, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool and jacuzzi situation was disappointing since we were in town to do Disney runs, but we weren’t at the house long enough each day to warrant the extra cost of heating them.

Perfect for families

This property was just as advertised, neighborhood is quiet. Pool is large and the spa fit my whole family of 6. Definitely get the heating for the pool. My kids enjoyed being at the property, more than universal, lol. It was very relaxing and we spent a lot of time, at the house, just enjoying the amenities. The game room was great as well. Ivan and Christian, are wonderful and were there whenever we needed them. This will be our go to place for all our Orlando trips. They have an abundance of towels so that makes life so much easier for a large family. This place is a definite 10.
