Spectacular apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an unbeatable location, on Aire Street, in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
Upon entering the apartment we directly access a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Both rooms are very spacious and bright thanks to several windows. The living room has a sofa, a low table, two chairs and a TV. Next to this area, there is a dining table with chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and is equipped with everything you need.
Returning to the entrance, we find a corridor on the right hand side in which there are three bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and bright and have 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m together, fitted wardrobes and a TV. In front of the first two bedrooms we find 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom is located at the end of the hall and it has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, from this bedroom we can access a small and cozy patio that gives the room more space and brighness.
It’s an apartment located in a classic building, so it doesn’t have an elevator. The apartment is located on a mezzanine floor, with some steps to access it.
Next to the building where the apartment is located, there are the remains of large granite columns from Roman age, sample of the extensive cultural legacy that we can find in this old Jewish quarter. In the surroundings of the apartment there are small traditional bars where you can taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places and corners to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda..., everything is just a few meters away on foot.
