Magnificent Apartment in a Unique Location. Santa Teresa III

Es ist ein Design-Apartment in einem historischen Gebäude zwischen der Santa Teresa Street und dem Santa Cruz Square. Bei der Restaurierung des Hauses im Jahr 2018 wurden alle ursprünglichen architektonischen Elemente erhalten und ein einzigartiger Raum und eine einzigartige Umgebung geschaffen, in der der Gast die absolute Ruhe mit dem gegenwärtigen Komfort und der Bequemlichkeit genießen kann.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit einem Doppelbett von 1,50 und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten von 0,90, drei Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein schönes Wohnzimmer im Freien mit Blick auf die Gärten und die Plaza de Santa Cruz und eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche.

Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist einzigartig, Santa Teresa Street und Plaza de Santa Cruz sind zwei der schönsten Orte in Sevilla, voller Geschichte und Tradition. In der Umgebung der Wohnung gibt es kleine traditionelle Bars, in denen Sie die besten Tapas der Stadt probieren können, kleine Läden und endlose Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kathedrale, der Alcazar, die Giralda ..., alles ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Great Location

Great location within the old city but still removed from the noise of the busier streets. The layout of the apartment was fantastic and although it was a ground level unit sunlight was abundant and there were no privacy concerns. Only downside was construction next door which we learned about a little late and the fact that a second set of keys was not available which would have been more convenient for our family.

Very good location and lovely accommodations. Slight issues were the limited amount of hot water for showers - during some of the hottest weather and the small clothes drying rack. An improvement would be to have a bigger drying rack or 2-3 drying racks. The host was very accommodating when we had ‘checked out’ with the keys inside and then realized a cell phone had been left behind. The host made a great effort to get someone there to open the door for the phone to be retrieved. Many thanks!

However, as indicated in the apartment’s description, it may occasionally run out after very prolonged use, but it simply requires a few minutes to regenerate. Great location

Overall I would rate this property as great for its location and it was very clean as well. Prospective guests should be aware that none of the bedrooms has an outside window which can make the unit feel stuffy. However I still believe that given its location, the communication with the management company and the price it was a good value.

Even better than expected and super comfortable!

This apartment was, like others have said, in the perfect location! But it was also super comfortable! Our check-in was great and welcoming, and I appreciate the little gifts left for our use. Online, it seemed to have a weird layout from the pictures but in reality it was fabulous. My family and I loved staying here! Plus, it was well-worth the money (a great value)!

Great location, but...

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It's on the most charming street that is steps away from boutiques and restaurants. It's also walking distance from Sevilla highlights. The downside is that the apartment has had water damage as seen by the floorboards, and it smells strongly like mold. The whole place has a damp, sour, rotting odor and 2 of us became congested and 1 became sick as a result.

Hola, Mundo. Soy Sevilla!

My husband, teenage son and I loved this clean, pretty, and light-filled apartment right on the historic Plaza de Santa Cruz. The location is perfect—very central, and in such a picturesque and interesting neighborhood. We arrived during Holy Week. It was wonderful to see the Pasos and feel the energy with so many people of all ages in the streets. We were careful to behave respectfully as it is clearly an authentic religious experience, not a show for tourists. The different processions may mean you need to take alternate routes when walking around the city, but if you are able to slow down and appreciate the meaning and beauty of the occasion, I highly recommend it. Hearing and watching the bells ring out from the Giralda on Easter morning was amazing. As mentioned, the location of the apartment is ideal. The Cathedral and Alcázar are less than a 10 minute walk. For runners/walkers/bikers, the path by the river is excellent and only 10 minutes from the apartment (also recommend the naval museum inside the Torre del Oro). Exploring the Parque María Louisa and Plaza de España was another one of our favorite activities, an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment. Right across the street from the apartment is the Tablao Flamenco Los Gallos where we went to see the classic folk singing, dancing and guitar playing. It's a small room and both performers and audience thoroughly enjoyed the show together. If you'd like a good view of the city and a movie about the soul of Sevilla, we had a great time at Las Setas which is a giant wooden sculpture with viewpoints. This was also a great spot from which to watch the Holy Week processions. I won't spend time on restaurants as there is an abundance of top rated places all over the city, and so many right in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz itself that it was hard to choose. Plus, the apartment has a full kitchen, so you can cook in whenever you want. We took a day trip to Córdoba by train (very easy). The station is a 25 minute walk, which can be a bit far on a hot day with bags, but Cabify worked well to get back and forth. Overall, we highly recommend Sevilla and this apartment!
