El Mar is located in central Puerto del Carmen, next door to the exclusive 5-star Fariones Hotel Leisure Centre and Spa, and steps away from La Playa Chica beach.

Complimentary access to the pool, gym and leisure facilities at Hotel Fariones Leisure Centre and Spa is available on request (2 people).

A five-to-ten minute walk will take you to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping centre in the Old Town or the New Town and promenade. With a range of bars and restaurants on its doorstep this property is in a perfect located to explore all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer.

Entering through the front gate from the street onto the front patio area there is a terrace that is ideal for lounging in the sunshine with sunbeds and parasols, and a pool table. There is also a dining table that can seat 6 people.

Accessing the Villa from the front patio area through triple sliding glass doors, you will enter an open-plan living space – living room, dining area and kitchen with triple sliding doors leading out to the rear terrace and BBQ area.

The modern kitchen is fully-fitted and includes a full-size fridge, while the living room is equipped with modern entertainment systems, which include a HD TV with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, Bluetooth sound system and free WiFi. These will allow you to stay online and ensure you get to catch up on your favourite television shows.

On the rear terrace you will find a hot tub and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. If outdoor cooking is your pleasure, there is a built-in charcoal barbecue with additional seating for 4 to enjoy al fresco dining.

El Mar has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.Two bedrooms are ensuite. The villa sleeps up to 8 people.

A utility room is fitted with a washing machine, freezer and an iron and ironing board.

Modern state-of-the-art security alarm systems, and two safes are installed to ensure you peace of mind during your stay.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
