If you decide to stay in our duplex penthouse, you will enjoy of a very privileged location, you will stay in Las Ramblas! the most famous street of Barcelona. You will have next to you interesting places such as Plaça Catalunya, the Cathedral of Barcelona, the Picasso Museum and La Pedrera, among many others.
As for the property, our home is perfect for you to live an unforgettable experience surrounded by your loved ones.
It is fully equipped.
The apartment has three bedrooms with balcony:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
Room 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
There is also 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet.
The living room is spacious, bright and very nice and overlooks another balcony.
We have air conditioning, heating and wifi!
Our favorite part of the house is the terrace. 40m2 covered with artificial grass and outdoor furniture to make you feel comfortable. Com and enjoy a great vacation.Just 5 meters away from the building's door you will find a public parking (for a fee). Below the apartment there is a Bicing where you can rent bicycles.

To keep in mind:
We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00. (The deposit will not be refunded if this rule is not respected).
Celebrations such as bachelor parties or birthdays are not allowed.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
