Great location, very clean, helpful host.

We had an excellent 4 night stay in the apartment, which is in a great location and central to transport. The apartment was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. Our host met up late at night when we arrived and was extremely helpful with both the apartment and tourist information.

Nice unit, great location, but AC did not work

Great location. Good layout of bedrooms. However, the air conditioning did not work for our entire stay and we spent many hours with property management and technical repair people coming into the suite to try and fix it, but we were uncomfortably hot the entire stay. They were unable to priced fans. They suggested we move 4 floors down to another unit, but that would have taken us half a day to pack and unpack. Not great.

We apologize for the problem in the AC, this things could happen even with the proper maintenance done. Luckily we had another apartment exactly the same in the same bulding that we offered you to move in but you refuse to move in there. I am sorry.

Deceptive and poor all round

Very disappointed. I booked on the strength of the photos, which make the place look excellent. Reality is very different. The roof terrace is surrounded by aircon ducts so not very inviting. Swimming pool is tiny and also next to aircon ducts. Not very relaxing or inviting but you don't see any of this in the pics. The apartment itself very small for six people, tired upholstery and not what appears in the pics, very dark, overlooks back end of a school so no view at all. Toilet door lock didn't work. Area is also pretty bland for Barcelona, the most uninspiring area of all places we visited in Barca. We now know there are so many other places that are more interesting. ApartEasy also pretty tight - two rolls of loo paper, two tablets for the dishwasher, not acceptable for family of five staying four nights. Poor hot water supply in bathroom. lots of rules about turning off lights and air con, didn't ever return any of my emails about late checkouts even though I was very polite and would have understood if not possible. Definitely not a good place for young families either. I wouldn't recommend this place or ApartEasy to any of my friends. You can do a lot better in Barcelona.

Große, teilweise helle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig aber dennoch zentral in der Nähe der Universität. Genügend Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Wohnung hell und freundlich, 3 Schlafräume. Wir waren zu dritt und da war es perfekt, bei 6 Personen wird es vermutlich sehr eng. Schule gegenüberliegend, ab 8 h ist Sportunterricht im Freien, das ist deutlich zu hören. Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool ideal zum Entspannen nach dem Sightseeing. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung

Generell entspricht die Wohnung den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Durch die Vermietungen hat die Wohnung etwas gelitten. Abgeschlagene Wandecken, gesprungenes Zeranfeld, KEINE Hacken mehr im Badezimmer zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Nicht so sauber. Aber perfekt ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Alle Zimmer gingen hinten hinaus und es war sehr ruhig. Ganz besonders möchten wir die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur hervorheben. Die war perfekt und sehr zuvorkommend! Daher würden wir wieder buchen!

Muy bueno , comodi excepto que figuraba 1 baño y un toilette y este ultimo no existe. Por otro lado es un baño pequeño para mas personas. No podria ser utilizado para seis personas comolo exponen !

Bed bugs

Apartment is nicely remodeled and conveniently located in the center of the city. However, on third day of our stay we found bed bugs crawling in one of the bedroom. Apparently, management was well aware of the problem with the place and offered us to move to another apartment in the same building, but offered apartment was a one bedroom vs three bedrooms (for three of us) that we booked. Besides, new room was located just across the hall and there was no guarantee it was free of bugs. Neither compensation nor discount was offered for our stay. No formal apology was offered ether.

Building was clean and well maintained. Rooftop lounge area was pleasant and comfortable addition to the overall setting. Pool was on the small side but most likely not even used or required by most renters

Big apartment in a lovely neighborhood

Came to Barcelona with my aging parents, and this apartment was wonderful for all of us. First of all, it has an elevator which is a rare 'must' in historic cities. The apartment was big and full of natural light, and we loved lounging around in it. The neighborhood itself was a charm, with an incredible bakery directly downstairs and a ton of delicious cafes around. Yet, it was away enough from the craziness of the Ramblas (but close enough to it that we ended up there a lot anyway!) The terrace was great and we played in the pool every day before dinner. Would absolutely stay here again! The only concern is the leather couch is deteriorating and needs to be replaced - we had to cover it with a sheet so we could sit on it and not get flakes on our clothes.

The apartment was filthy.

The apartment seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for months. We had two babies crawling around and they were dirty all the time from the floor. No bath. The pool is tiny! Location was okay but at least 20/30 minute walk to any of the main parts of Barcelona. Very dissapointed and not what I expected after paying such a lot of much money.

Had a wonderful stay in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment in Barcelona. The location was great and maybe a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas area. No need for a car. Great little cafe couple doors down. Convenience store around the corner for some supplies. Subway blocks away. Check-in was quick and easy. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again

4.5 ~ Wonderful for a family of 5

We enjoyed this apartment very much. The air conditioning was welcomed during these hot July days. The little pool was nice the one day we were able to find a space up there. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. Most family members found the beds comfortable but we all agreed that new and more pillows are needed. I was pleasantly surprised that a young woman from the agency met us after check-in to go over a map of the area and answer any questions we had. Laundry is available (pack a few Tide pods), but plan to hang your clothes on a rack as the dryer did not appear to work correctly. Also, the only USB port in the apartment did not work. The one disappointment was that the WiFi to the apartment was cut off a half hour before check-out. It is at that time, we felt we needed WiFi the most as we were preparing to fly out of the country. All in all I would definitely recommend this spot!

Great Barcelona home base

Our family of four had a great time in this apartment! It was very spacious for Europe and had all amenities needed for our stay. Very nicely decorated. We had easy access to a market where we bought supplies for breakfasts and snacks. The metro was barely 2 blocks away and very easy to navigate. We found good restaurants in the district and was quiet at night. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Regina met us and showed us everything very efficiently. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed and plenty choices of cafes and restaurants very close by. In fact there's a cafe right next to the front door! The roof terrace was very handy with a wee pool to paddle in. Unfortunately, other guests made quite a mess of the shared terrace and caused noise disturbance in the early hours but this was during the primavera sound festival so unusual and definitely not tolerated. The walls were quite thin so it did sound as if they were in our apartment! However, the staff looking after the apartment were very helpful and kind. Any problems or queries were dealt with promptly and politely and they stored our luggage on our last day, allowing us more time to explore Barcelona before we caught our flight home. Comfy beds (although I would have preferred an extra pillow), access code much better than keys IMO, and clean, well appointed living space. Ideal location to explore the amazing sights in Barcelona!

Good except for the noise

We generally had a very pleasant stay here and the people were friendly. The only issue, which we wished we had been warned about ahead of time, was that there was major construction going on in the building while we were there.. sometimes starting before 8AM.. and so there was constant hammering and other noises going on regularly during our visit. Workers were also brought into our room at one point to do remodeling work. This detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

Outstanding apartment, great location, very responsive staff

My son and I had a great experience with ApartEasy and this property in particular. The woman who helped check us in was very communicative, always on time and offered personal help with questions. The apartment was very clean and laid out well. The location was excellent, with short walks to the subway, restaurants and stores for shopping (groceries, etc.). The rooftop lounge area was very nice, and easy to access. I would highly recommend this location and ApartEasy as a service. I will be using them again on future trips.

Very nice apartment, great location. Service was great. Beds were not very comfortable, especially the double bed. Could really do with better mattresses, they sagged in the middle. Kitchen knives were not very sharp.

The place was nice, clean and comfy. Perfect little kitchen to make breakfast in the morning bedrooms were fine (could use a pillow update) the property managers were very helpful and responsive to questions or emails. I didn’t know how to work the stove and called and manager was so nice and helpful. The metro is close by so made getting around very easy. There is a nice little coffee/pastry shop right next door with lovely owners. I would stay again when I return to Barcelona it was a nice place and a pleasant experience.

Nice apartment in convenient location.

I stayed at the apartment for four nights with my husband and two children. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Arriving from the airport and check-in were very easy. We found it easy to get to the Metro, grocery store and a favorite was the small store a block away that sells churros. The only negative to the apartment was the very evident water damage in one of the bedrooms and resulting dampness in the apartment. Overall, I would recommend this location.

great location

We were welcomed and shown the layout of the apartment and given the code. Such a great idea so that we did not have to carry keys. We walked every where. It was nice to come to the top floor and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is as pictured, worked out great for us to have dinner and play cards with friends. I would recommend this apartment, it was clean and worked out great. Good communication.
