Willkommen in der Nonno Giulivo Farmhouse, einem charmanten toskanischen Rückzugsort, der Komfort und Landidylle perfekt vereint. Diese geräumige Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Personen und ist ideal für Familien, Freundesgruppen oder Urlauber, die die Schönheit der Toskana erleben möchten.



Die Farmhouse verfügt über vier gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Betten - darunter drei Doppelbetten, ein Doppelschlafsofa und ein Einzelbett. Mit fünf Badezimmern (vier mit Dusche und eines mit Toilette) bietet sie ausreichend Platz und Komfort für alle Gäste.



Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein und verfügt über moderne Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten umfassen WLAN, Klimaanlage, Einzelgas-Heizung und einen Bügeleisen.



Der Außenbereich ist ein wahres Highlight: Ein privater Swimmingpool (12x6 Meter), ein gepflegter Garten, Gartenmöbel, Grill und eine eingezäunte Parzelle auf einem beeindruckenden 25.000 m² großen Grundstück laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.



Die Lage ist traumhaft - umgeben von Wald in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zahlreiche Attraktionen sind leicht erreichbar: Lucca (10 km), Pisa (24 km), Strände von Viareggio (39 km) und Florenz (89 km). Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Busbahnhof befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Family vacation to Tuscany

The property is beautiful and well situated in the region to do day trips to Pisa, Florence, La Spezia and others. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and its amenities. The property manager Filippo was great and quick to respond with great recommendations on restaurants and small villages to visit! Would definitely come back.

A Truly Memorable Stay in the Heart of Tuscany

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa "Al Podere di Nonno Giulivo" and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan getaway. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful rolling hills, charming villages, and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The absolute centerpiece of the property is the magnificent swimming pool. It is exceptionally well kept, set against the scenic Tuscan countryside, and quickly became our favorite place to relax. Whether during the day or in the evening, the pool area creates a truly special atmosphere and adds enormously to the overall experience. A special mention goes to Filippo, whose contribution made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a wonderful sense of humor that made every interaction a pleasure. More than just a local guide, he felt like someone who genuinely cared about making our visit special. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We left with unforgettable memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty, hospitality, and unique charm of Tuscany.

Rest and Relaxation

We loved the location ,set in the countryside but just a short drive to Lucca. We were a family of 8 so the 2 houses gave us space and we could gather in the evening at the large table outside. The grounds and pool were fabulous surrounded by Olive trees. Filippo gave us very clear directions to the property. We would definitely stay here again. The area was so nice for country walks with beautiful fields of sunflowers. We had an issue with a smell in one property and we were a bit slow mentioning it as it was never apparent in the morning and only built up as heat built up Filippo didnt have a chsnce to resolve until we were close to our leaving date.We believe this issue has now been sorted ,a malfunction with a refrigerator.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful accommodation. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. The pool is a dream, very clean and warm. The houses are clean and equipped with everything you need. The area is very beautiful and directly around the property it is very quiet. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. The contact with Filippo was always uncomplicated and very friendly & nice. He always responded quickly to our messages. The only thing we have to complain about is that the dishwasher does not clean the dishes. And we missed a wine cooler, the little worries in life -).

We recently spent an unforgettable family holiday at Nonno Giulivo, a beautiful villa in Tuscany, and we loved every single day of our stay. The villa itself is an absolute gem, elegantly designed with all the modern amenities while still retaining that authentic Tuscan charm. The views from the villa are nothing short of breathtaking, with rolling hills and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see. Each morning, we woke up to the serene beauty of the countryside and enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, soaking in the sunshine and fresh air. The spacious layout of the villa was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living areas provided a cozy spot for evening gatherings. The location of the villa is ideal for exploring the Tuscan region. We took short drives to Lucca, indulged in local cuisine, and visited some of the most picturesque wineries. The highlight of our stay was the villa's outdoor space.
