Beautiful villa, 5 minutes to the beach in Javea.

Our beautiful Villa is located in Javea, a relaxed residential neighbourhood only 5 minutes from picturesque coves or the bustling El Arenal. Great local restaurants are within walking distance and supermarkets within a few minutes drive.


Facilities include the private swimming pool, air conditioning & central heating in all rooms, outside gas BBQ, English TV channels, WiFi, security system.

There is plenty of outside space around the pool and Mediterranean style gardens for lounging in the sun and when you want a break there is a large covered pergola for shaded eating and relaxing.

The sunny, fully tiled pool terrace leads into a bright, glazed Naya/lounge with comfortable seating and then through to a dining area with a table made for eating with friends.

Off the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with oven , hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Master bedroom with twin single beds arranged as a double, built in wardrobes and en-suite, walk in shower room.

Second bedroom with twin single beds arranged as a double, built in wardrobes and access to family bathroom.

Bedroom no 3 with twin single beds, built in wardrobes and access to family bathroom.

Access to the covered carport and off street parking for two cars is through electric gates whilst a car is not essential we would recommend one to get the most out of your stay in the beautiful part of the Costa Blanca.
