Located in a quiet residential area of Parque Del Rey Playa Blanca with private roads, this holiday home has a living-dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob & fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, English TV Box, Pool Heating (Chargeable) and portable fans.
Outside there is a outdoor pool (3x4.5m Walk-in Steps 1.6 deep) furnished terrace & BBQ to enjoy your meals outside.
You will find the nearest supermarket in 850 m or a 10-minute walk. A larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.8 km and the nearest, beautiful sandy beach, Playa Flamingo, is 1.8 km away. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Excellent communication, and precise instructions to the villa. The pool heating was very much appreciated although the weather wasn’t good enough to use it as much as we had planned. Getting in was like a warm bath but getting out with the cloudy sky and wind or rain was a different matter. The house had everything you should need and the owners look like they are updating which must be difficult when renting out. We had a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return with hopefully better weather.

Great stay in Playa Blanca. Very quiet area but only 15 mins walk to old town and around 40 mins to new marina. Very fast communication with property managers - we had a slight issue with towels and it was dealt with very quickly by property managers.

Exactly like the photos just what we expected, pool was fantastic very clean, would recommend the pool heating if staying in cooler months worked quite well. About a 20 minute walk to restaurants so no car needed.

We would highly recommend this property. It was easy to book, great communication throughout. We had the pool heated, a welcome pack and late check out. The villa is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was spotless and a good size. The area is quiet and all neighbours were respectful and welcoming. We had a lovely stay.

Great Villa listed as is and was great ! Clean and comfy bed the pool was clean and lovely would 1000% return to this Villa lovely area and quite Only thing that could have been better would be the main gate being taller hence giving more privacy due to the pool being by the road but that really is just more of an inconvenience just detract from the villa at all 👌 thanks for a lovely stay!! A comfortable villa in good location

The villa is well-equipped with comfortable beds, good shower, a nice outside area and a great pool. We stayed in February and paid for the pool to be heated which was definitely needed for a pleasant dip in the water! The sun beds are different to the ones in the photos - they are much more comfortable with cushions. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in, but it’s just a 15 minute walk to the port for some really nice restaurants and bars. The bbq was great to use too. The host was responsive and helpful - check in and out was really easy. We hope to be back in the future!

Great late getaway

Great little villa used for short last minute break with my husband and 16 year old son. Villa small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Could do with a little updating as parts were tired. Great location to walk into playa Blanca. Brilliant for what we needed and great communication with property manager.

Would agree with previous reviews in that it is a bit tired in places! But at the same time what can you really expect for a very reasonable price! I would however say that with a bit more love and attention this villa could really be lovely. Pool great shower fantastic bed firm but comfortable no a/c though but has fans. Location excellent 15min walk to promenade.

Amazing villa

We stayed at the villa for 7 nights, wish we'd have booked for 14 instead! The villa had everything you could wish for. It was clean both inside and out. 15 mins walk to lovely beaches and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again. Great communication! We had a late checkout as we had an evening flight. Highly recommend this villa. The heated pool was a joy. Loved our stay look forward to returning next year. Lovely prople. Lovely villa

Perfect location/size but needs updated

We loved the area and size of property but do feel it needs updated. It was clean and freshly painted but furnishings/kitchen/bathroom are old and do need updated but we did throughly enjoy our holiday. Having the pool was fantastic as weather was gorgeous. Perfect location, 15 mins into Playa Blanca, slight hill but even if your not much of a walker it would be fine. Taxis aplenty from playa Blanca back to villa for €5.

Property is a little dated, pool was excellent but there is no privacy as overlooked from road. Other villas nearby have built walls and screens to provide privacy. There is no shaded area, so we purchased a cheap parasol to provide some protection from the sun. Situated in a quiet area which was excellent and only a 15-minute walk into Playa Blanca and also to Flamingo beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood

We have stayed in a number of villas on this development. The villa requires updating with particular reference to the kitchen bathroom and TV/entertainment system. Patio furniture requires updating also as there is currently no shade from the daytime sunshine in the pool area. Once upgrades have been carried out I see no reason why this can't be a 5 star villa.

Lovely little 2 bedroom villa with nice small private pool, ideal for couples or a family. Located a good 15 minute walk from the centre of town which makes it a lovely peaceful place, but close enough to everything. We enjoyed the walk home on a night time after going out for meals and drinks. The villa has everything you'll need for an easy stay, and is like a little home from home. Fast WiFi and Sky TV are included which didn't bother us too much, but would be great if you're traveling with children who like their gadgets. The villa also has it's own off street parking which is handy. The space isnt very long, so if you're hiring anything bigger than a Ford Focus you'll be parking on the street. The villa doesn't have air conditioning, so if this important to you look elsewhere. However there are pedestal fans in both bedrooms which were fine for us on a night. The villa terrace and pool gets the sun all day which is fantastic and keeps the pool water nice and warm, (we stayed in August) but their wasn't a parasol or anything to shelter out of the sun. This would be my only gripe about the place. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely consider this place again if returning to Playa Blanca.

OK but no privacy

We settled in ok and enjoyed our holiday, everything worked ok and the villa was clean. The pool was nice although felt a little cold. The description of the property was reasonably accurate but it failed to point out the lack of privacy. The whole area outside round the pool is open to the street so passers by can see in. The villa is overdue some TLC and upgrading everything is rather dated and tired. The beds were very uncomfortable.1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each seemed a bit mean but they were changed mid stay.

Perfect villa

Check in was simple and straightforward as we had already received the relevant information prior to our arrival . As we were staying for 19 nights we needed something that was comfortable and practical and this was both . Very comfortable bed , practical living space with a practical kitchen area . Outdoor space is ideal with a great little pool for chilling out in or floating about with a drink. As listed it is roughly a 20 minute walk to the front but it’s an enjoyable stroll . If you walk in the opposite direction you can reach the Lidl supermarket in around the same time . Mountana Roja sits just behind which is definitely worth walking to the top for some amazing views of playa Blanca ,we went up for sunrise . Parque del ray is a lovely complex of villas with a mix of lets and permanent residents. We had a minor issue with the boiler which Brett resolved almost immediately. Great hosts , lovely villa we woukd be certain to book again . Thank you

very clean property,reasonable distance from playa blanca.nice pool with decent shallow end for non swimmers,could do with more shade outside.inside no air con but two good fans.a bit tight for 4 people but excellent for two +children.decor could do with slight tidy but it was end of season.very good coms with owner.fast internet all new appliances.bed a bit hard but i did have sciatica from picking up cases at airport.quiet area with people who live there all year.nice helpful owner.walking distance into town ok plenty of seats down sweeping wide path that doesnt show on google maps.pergola doesnt offer any shade in a record high temperature when we were there which was a shame.would stay there again and be more careful picking up my bags next time.it was mighty painful for the whole time i was there..but still enjoyed the stay as did the local very vocal stray cat who we fed for a fortnight.nice holiday nice villa nice people ....and a nice cat

Great for us

I was rather worried having read some recent reviews but I needn’t have been. Yes, ok, the bathroom could do with updating but it is perfectly functional and plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. The other issue people have mentioned is lack of privacy - well , there is a cars length of railing to the road but we only saw half a dozen people walk by all day/ night . They didn’t even look in and are people staying in same street -there's no “passing traffic”. Otherwise the property is not overlooked at all . Far more private than being by a communal pool or the beach ! It was quiet and well located. We found the bed extremely comfortable. The kitchen utensils were plentiful. It was great to have all the British tv as we don’t tend to stay out late. The walk into playa Blanca was very pleasant 15-20 mins on a newly built pathway. We had a lovely fortnight and would recommend it . Maybe a bit small for 2 couples but no problem for 2 or 2 and kids.

Everything we needed for two weeks in the sun

We were really happy with the property when we arrived. We know the area well so had no problems getting to the villa, but as always, we were happy to have our own car because the villa is a little far away from the supermarket so we needed to drive for bigger shops. The key safe was pretty stiff upon arrival, and took a bit of prizing to get the keys out. We couldn’t use the safe because we weren’t provided with a key to use it, and both safes were locked closed when we arrived. We didn’t want to make a call-out to have them looked at because we were happy to keep our valuables with us. The fixtures and fittings were pretty basic, but everything worked as needed. The mattress was very firm, but comfortable for us, and there was lots of cupboard space. The towels and sheets provided were pretty tired, and some had stains, but they were clean enough and nice to have. They were refreshed half way through our stay. The bathroom was really nice, and the shower was big and had great water pressure. Outside, the sun beds were much nicer than the photos suggested, so we were very happy with them. The BBQ was good, and included some nice clamps for easy grilling. The outdoor tables and chairs were very basic, but perfectly serviceable. There was no shaded area or parasol outside in the pool or dining area, so we needed to take regular breaks from the sun in the kitchen. All in all, we were happy with the simple, comfortable villa that we had for two weeks in the sun.
