Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
This charming property boasts smart, yet welcoming, open plan living and sleeps up to 7 guests in three beautifully furnished bedrooms (maximum 5 adults and 2 children recommended owing to the sleeping configurations).
Access to activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability. Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizzas and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
On the ground floor the living room area includes comfy sofas, a log burner, Smart TV, and a selection of board games and books for those quiet nights in. The extendable dining table seats 7 and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed by the sliding patio doors. The kitchen is wonderfully modern including conventional and microwave oven, stainless steel sink, built in appliances and marble finish worktops. The downstairs WC houses the washer/dryer.
Upstairs are 3 charming bedrooms, the Master suite with King size bed, TV, shower ensuite and access to the balcony at the rear of the property. The second bedroom is a further double with built in storage. The third bedroom houses a double bed with single bunk over (single bunk suitable for a child only).
Outside, there is decking to the rear of the house with outdoor seating, coffee table and electric points. To the side of the house is the gravelled driveway, providing easy access to your holiday cottage in Dorset.
This contemporary home is a great space for all the family plus one dog to roam, play and relax.

Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays.
