Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
Tinklebobs (or icicles if you're not from Dorset), is an exquisite 4 bedroom home with a rooftop garden situated in the luxury Silverlake Estate amid acres of nature reserve and lakes located near the west coast of Dorset. Included with this property is bikes and watersports equipment including kayaks and paddleboards. Silverlake guests also enjoy a private beach and lake swimming (lakes closed in winter), a zip wire, table tennis, tennis, a golf driving net and plenty of woodland walks and cycling trails.
Tinklebobs enjoys a west-facing patio with BBQ, private rooftop terrace and balcony access for the 3 first-floor bedrooms. There is a further bedroom on the ground floor, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, spa, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
Whilst this property is fully completed, the neighbouring properties are still undergoing elements of construction. On Baxter's Rise and Shepperd's View, you will be able see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. There is a large dining table and comfortable seating in front of the fire. The sliding patio doors open the full width of the property to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two king-size rooms, with the master bedroom benefiting from an ensuite, fold-out desk, TV, and balcony with bistro chairs for enjoying the lake views, while the other bedroom has access to the rear balcony. The third bedroom can be set up as a twin or super king room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additionally, there is a ground-floor bedroom with a separate WC for added accessibility.
The patio doors from the dining area lead to the lower decking with a gas BBQ and the roof terrace provides ample seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
