Casa Amber has a lovely atmosphere with stunning views of the mountains, Playa Blanca & across the sea to Fuerteventura.
It is a beautiful, private villa which is not overlooked. Located 5 minutes drive to the village, beaches, shops, bars & restaurants.
The large terrace leads out to a private, heated pool with built-in steps allowing for easy access. Also on the terrace are pool and ping-pong tables. Under the pergola there is a Barbecue, sofa, armchairs and dining table for 8 people.

Casa Amber has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people.

Fast fibre optic internet & 4G. It has hard wired TVs/computer monitors which are ideal for remote working.

The large L-shaped living room is bright and spacious with French doors leading to the terrace. It has a 50 inch smart television which offers Netflix and all TV stations from the UK, Ireland and Europe ( Sports Movies etc). The dining area will cater for eight people and has an adjoining hatch through to the kitchen.
The kitchen itself has all the mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster etc.
The king size master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and French doors to the terrace. The second bedroom is a good size with twin beds.The third and largest bedroom has twin beds and a sofa bed which converts into a king size double bed.The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The air-conditioning & pool heating are optional, if selected there may be an extra charge. Please ask for details.
Also available is a baby travel cot, highchair and buggy.

Wonderful Views

We spent a lovely 4 weeks in this beautiful villa and fab heated swimming pool. The villa had everything we needed, comfortable furniture and comfortable bed. Due to the excellent weather we spent most of our "home time" outside. The furniture under the veranda was also very comfortable and even when we had some rain we were still able to sit outside. Trevor and Barbara were excellent hosts and made sure we were catered for. Would definitely return to this villa in the future.

Lovely villa with great views.

We had a lovely time at the villa. Right from booking, the communication from Trevor was excellent. Check in process was simple, and some goodies left for us on arrival. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need. The location is a bit further out than we were expecting (great views though, and no noise) so a car is advisable. Trevor was very helpful in recommending a hire company. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!

Nice villa

We really liked the villa, and particularly the outdoor space. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would advise getting a car as the villa is on the edge of playa blanca. Although you could cope with taxis and buses. The villa and pool are very clean. Views from the villa amazing and very quiet. Not much within a short walk, in terms of shops, bars, restaurants, but as we had a car it wasn't an issue.

Peaceful and sunny stay with lovely views

We spent 2 weeks in the villa in February/March 2024and had a lovely peaceful time here - just what we enjoy. We had hired a car so getting around was not a problem. The villa had everything we needed and we were pleased with all aspects. We were glad that we had paid to have the pool heated as the weather was windy the first week. Our first time in Playa Blanca and we would certainly come again. The owners communication was excellent. Thank you Trevor for making it a great holiday!

Lovely villa in quiet area

We had a lovely, relaxing time in the villa. Everything we needed was there, and the owners were very helpful answering any of our questions. The area is quiet, yet very close to the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanco and the Marina. The weather was very warm (close to 29 degrees), so we used the pool on a daily basis, before or after a day trip. Even though the weather was hot, we were happy we opted for pool heating at an extra cost. We rented a car to get around the island, and found the villa conveniently placed. We'd happily recommend this accommodation, especially if you prefer peace and quiet.

Villa with beautiful views

We had a lovely two weeks in this beautiful villa, very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Trevor was really attentive giving us plenty of helpful information and some goodies to welcome us. Wonderful view but much further out from town than we anticipated, we would definitely recommend hiring a car as the villa is right at the top of playa Blanca, which gave us amazing views but accessibility to town was not very easy if you were going out for a drink. Taxis were a bit unreliable for pick up as they were so busy during the peak holiday however easier to get a Taxi home. Once again thank you to Trevor for a brilliant holiday. We would recommend this villa as a great place to come on holiday and would book again.

Brilliant Place to Stay!

We recently stayed in Barbara’s villa, it is super and has stunning views. The location is quiet & peaceful yet just a few minutes in the car to Flamingo Beach, restaurants and supermarket. The centre of the village is 5 mins. We also used the 30 bus which circulates Playa Blanca with the bus stop at the end of the road. The Villa itself is bright and spacious, three large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, the living room takes great advantage of the views while also having the comforts of home. The Wi-Fi worked great, I used the television as a computer monitor. The pool area is private with sun loungers, pool and ping-pong tables. The terrace has a sofa and dining area beside the barbecue. Would definitely recommend, I can’t wait to stay again. Thanks to the hosts who were always on hand.

Playa Blanca 2023

Aufenthalt im Februar 2023 Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 4 Personen im Haus und hatten alle Wetterlagen, die man sich vorstellen kann: Regen, Gewitter, Sandsturm und sonnige Tage, die wir am beheizten Pool verbringen konnten. Da es manchmal sehr kalt war, mussten wir sämtliche verfügbaren Wolldecken aktivieren, um abends noch draußen auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen. Da es auch drinnen im Haus sehr kalt war, hatte uns Trevor für die Abendstunden einen Heißlüfter gebracht. Es gibt aber auch eine Klimaanlage/Heizung im Haus, die mit Geldeinwurf in einen Automaten in der Küche aktiviert werden kann. Trevor hat auf jede unserer Anliegen oder Fragen immer sofort geantwortet! Trotz des für Lanzarote nicht typischen Wetters konnten wir Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Pfad zum Montana Roja beginnt direkt hinter dem Haus. Der unkomplizierte Aufstieg dauert ca. 25 Minuten. Man sollte das auf jeden Fall einplanen, da der Blick oben an der Caldera wunderbar ist! Vom Haus bis in das Zentrum von Playa Blanca dauert eine Fahrt mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten. Zu Fuss ist der Gang nicht attraktiv, da er an den Hauptverkehrswegen entlangführt. Eine Alternative bieten die E-Roller, die man an jeder Ecke findet und stehenlassen kann. Verfasst von Hartmut
