It has a spacious living room with air conditioning and access to the balcony and a long corridor that leads to a bright fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and natural light. The bathroom comes with a bathtub.
At the epicenter of this neighborhood, we can find an architectural wonder that attracts more than 4 million people per year: la Sagrada Familia.
There are plenty of reasons to say that staying nearby this world monument such as The pedestrian Gaudí Avenue and the Sant Pau Modernist Complex are two unavoidable places to visit. And it is that the Dreta de l'Eixample is not only the most central area of Barcelona, but it is the heart of Catalan modernism; one of the neighborhoods with the most attractive heritage. -Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
