Welcome to villa Nektar!
Villa Nektar is a part of Aliganou village. Aliganou village consists of 3 villas. All the villas have a private pool and entrance.
What makes villa Nektar unique is the location. It is located only a few minutes from Chania, on the side of a mountain, so we have a spectacular view of Souda bay, the city of Chania, the Cretan sea and a fantastic sunset from the west (Kissamos area).
The renovation of the villa Nektar finishes on June 2022 and can host up to 5 people.

Outdoors:

The front side of the villa features an external garage door, serving as the entrance and a secure parking space for one car. In this area, there's a pergola with an outdoor dining table for four, a gas barbecue, and a lawn.

The highlight of the villa is the back, where the pool is located, providing an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The pool utilizes saltwater electrolysis, known for being gentler on the eyes and skin compared to traditional chlorine. Outdoor amenities include four sunbeds with two small tables, an umbrella, a dining table for six, and an outdoor shower. The pool is for exclusive use, and pool towels are provided.

Indoors:

The ground floor comprises a living area with a sofa bed, a dining table for six, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a laundry machine.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both featuring balconies with stunning views. There's also a bathroom on this floor.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

You will have full access to all the areas of the villa. The swimming pool is private, only for your use.

We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential to a great stay. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for both the bathroom and pool prior to your check-in. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service for a fee of 80 euros per session. Let us take care of the cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Upon your arrival, we warmly welcome you, provide keys, and share information about the villa and Chania area. Throughout your stay, our goal is to make sure you relax and enjoy your holiday. While we want you to enjoy uninterrupted time, we're here if you need assistance. We'll also keep you updated on scheduled cleaning for the villa and pool to ensure your comfort.

The location of Aliganou village is ideal because although it is a short distance from the centre of the city of Chania (10 km), you are in a completely peaceful place, in the Cretan nature.

Villa Nektar was built on the side of a mountain (The area is called Aliganou), and you have a panoramic view from east to west.
The view you have from this area is the best you can find in the prefecture of Chania because you can see the bay of Souda, the plain of Chania, the city of Chania, the Cretan sea and a wonderful sunset to the west (Kissamos).

Besides the three villas that make up Aliganou village, there are very few houses in the same area. The area is not yet developed touristically, and this is probably the best time to discover it.

You will find a mini-market at a distance of 9 minutes by car, and at a distance of 14 minutes, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and other businesses.

Villa Nektar has private parking space for 2 cars, but you can also leave your vehicles on the public road free of charge. On the public road, you can always find available parking spaces.

We recommend renting a car during your stay at Villa Nektar, or you can use taxis for transportation.

There is no public transportation near the houses, so we consider car rental to be almost essential.
