OLA LIVING MACBA 2

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen, verfügt unsere Zweizimmerwohnung über ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Außerdem gibt es zwei vollständige Badezimmer und Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die es unseren Gästen ermöglicht, ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Es ist der perfekte Ort für eine Gruppe von Freunden oder eine Familie, die in einer belebten Stadtgegend untergebracht werden möchte.



Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine-Trockner sowie Internetzugang per WLAN und Klimaanlage. Sie befindet sich im Zentrum von Barcelona, sehr nahe der Rambla und des Viertels Sant Antoni.



Die Wohnung ist bei der Ankunft mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet.



Partys und Junggesellenabschiede sind nicht erlaubt.



Die Touristensteuer ist nicht im Preis des Apartments enthalten. Es wird die zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts geltende Steuer pro Erwachsenem und Nacht erhoben, maximal für sieben Nächte.



Unsere Rezeption befindet sich in Nummer 1 des Passatge Sert, wo Sie Ihren Schlüssel zwischen 9.00 und 20.00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag abholen müssen (außer an Feiertagen von Montag bis Freitag). Wenn Ihre Anreise an einem Samstag oder Sonntag (oder an einem Feiertag unter der Woche) ist, erfolgt die Schlüsselausgabe in der Straße Aribau 228. Die Öffnungszeiten sind von 09.00 bis 20.00 Uhr. Selbst-Check-in mit dem Mobiltelefon ab 15.00 Uhr.



Die Eintritte ab 21:00 Uhr erfolgen persönlich in den Apartments und haben zusätzliche Kosten von 30 €.

We had a great stay! Place was a nice home base for us during our visit. Wish we would have know what day the housekeeping service was going to happen so we could have known not to be there during that time.

Clean, Comfortable Apartment in Ideal Location

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who is studying in Barcelona. We have lived in Europe twice before and traveled extensively. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed and couch and great location.

We arrived in Barcelona early on the day our reservation began and were unable to get an early check-in despite requesting one. I understand that it wasn't possible, but after we checked in at the scheduled 3 pm time, exhausted and jet-lagged, a man arrived at our door saying that he was there to "put a new cover on the couch". I thought that might be pretty quick, but I texted the property manager asking if we had to let them because we needed to go to sleep. She said we did, and they said it would bet less than an hour, which seemed like a lot. The process took 2 1/2 hours and involved an air compressor/nail gun running nonstop the entire time. It was insane. I contacted the management company on WhatsApp (where they were quick to respond earlier that day with the no early check in message) numerous times with increasing frustration. I can't believe I had to pay for 2.5 hours in a VRBO with an ear-splitting air compressor running and being unable to rest due to several men coming in and out repeatedly. This was just egregious, and the property management company never responded to any of my messages until several days later when I asked for a 45-minute late checkout due to our flight time. They responded quickly to say that wasn't possible even though I pointed out that we paid for hours of unusable time at the start of our stay. I will say that the property was clean and good-sized but the property management company was beyond awful and incredibly unresponsive!!

Nice place to stay for a quick trip

Exactly what my mom and I needed in Barcelona for a short stay! Could have been cleaner and might choose a different location/neighborhood next time which is why one star is missing. But still a 4 star stay overall and we enjoyed our trip. Thanks!

Great place to stay and Explore Barcelona!

This is exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Plenty of space for the both of us to be comfortable. Very clean, great communication with Ola Living too. Everything we needed was a short walk. I highly recommend!

Nice apartment

Easy check in process. Nice furniture and refurbished. The neighborhood of apartment is a little rundown, but we found nice restaurants nearby. Metro is close by the apartment.

Great apartment

Very clean and modern apartment in a vibrant neighborhood that felt safe. Near many shops and bars. Manager was very responsive to notification that elevator broke down and it was fixed the next day.

Location and perfection

The apartment has a perfect location for getting to all the sites and lots of eateries and shopping places close by. Metro is super close too. Apt was so clean and wonderful to have two bathrooms and bedrooms. Very modern, nicely decorated too.

Good Stay in a trendy part of town.

Property owners were great communicators, check in process was easy. Apartment was spotless. It was on the 4th floor, but there was a lift. Someone on Vrbo had a moan saying the washing machine smelt of mould, but I thought it was spotless and a great addition. Also plenty of towels & toilet roll. I couldn't fault it and I'd definitely look at stopping here again. Plenty of bars and take aways around.
