The sunny 72 m2 apartment is a duplex centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer and is ideal for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
There is an open space living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city.
The second bedroom features a working area with a desk on the main floor and two single beds on the upper level.
The main bedroom comes with a comfy King bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

There is floor to ceiling double glazed windows in the living room (very quiet) giving access to the quaint balcony.
There is also silent a/c. It is a fantastic place for remote working or enjoying a city and beach holiday.

Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

The apartment is on the third and final floor of a traditional building. There is no elevator, and the steps are steep. (not suitable for children) But the view day and night is worth it!

My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable!
They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.

The apartment is located in the historic Lisbon neighborhood of Belem. It is a stone's throw away from many major monuments and museums (MAAT, Coach Museum, Jéronimos Monastery, Electricity Museum, Famous Pastel de Belem).
There are also many restaurants in walking distance, including on the riverside, and the LX Factory and Time Out Lisbon Market are minutes away on the tram/bus.

Belem is between downtown Lisbon and the beach towns of Estoril and Cascais (both are 15 mins by train/tram).
The beaches of Costa da Caparica are accessible by the nearby ferry.
Free parking is quite easy to find on the nearby side streets.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
